They are a dissolved business

They are a dissolved business, but their website is still live and allows you to pay them money. Not sure how this is allowed, but do not transfer money over to them as they are not a running company.

Company gone into dissolvement

First of all id like to mention to those of you who do not know. The company went into administration so are now dissolved, website still up but this happened to them in 2023.
I have a feeling they are not con artist but just a company that failed in business. It's happened to many companies and just the way it is, we've lost money but i believe the position they are in and how they've left their customers is unintentional.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

I placed an order for a large booth with this company in early April. As of now, it has not arrived—and I strongly suspect it hasn’t even been designed or manufactured. Despite countless calls and emails, I’ve received no meaningful communication. The company has gone completely silent after taking nearly £14,000 of my hard-earned money.

At this point, it feels like they had no intention of fulfilling the order from the start. There has been no progress, no updates, and certainly no refund. It’s outright theft.

I’m also not the only one affected—others have had similar experiences. This company shows zero empathy or accountability, regardless of the financial strain or personal impact on its customers. Avoid them at all costs.

Do not trust this company

Since January 2025, this company has been taking orders which they have been subsequently unable to fulfil. I've been in touch with many people who have ordered booths from them, followed by the company going completely dark, having not responded to any comms via phone or email for many weeks. There are now a lot people in a very difficult situation after spending up to £10,000 on booths, now struggling to obtain refunds after weeks if not months of silence from the company.

This is an outrage, and I must now recommend that everyone stay away from Session Booth as they are clearly not to be trusted.

Took payment and never delivered my order

I originally purchased a booth in March 2025 and they said the lead time would be 8-10 weeks. They took full payment upfront and then didn't fulfil the order after saying they would be in touch in April with an installation date (that never came).

My career has suffered greatly not having the equipment I needed whilst being vastly out of pocket and it is not a situation I would wish for others to find themselves in.

I emailed, called and wrote to them repeatedly but they became totally unresponsive leaving me no choice but to contact Paypal and the bank to raise a dispute.

The last time I was able to get through to them on the phone was almost 2 months ago from today's date.....They have been practically uncontactable via email too. I am one of several customers who have shared similar experiences in 2025. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I’m writing this review to warn others…

I’m writing this review to warn others about our experience with this company. My fiancée placed an order back in March and was quoted an 8–10 week lead time at order confirmation. As we approached the end of that window, she reached out to check on the status of the order. We were told then that there were internal issues at the company, but that they would be in touch shortly to arrange a delivery date.

However, after that, we were completely ignored. Our calls, emails and messages on social media all went unanswered. This raised serious concerns for us. Out of desperation, I reached out posing as a new customer and to our surprise they responded immediately, eager to pursue new business (despite previously claiming their emails and phone line were not working).
I then spoke with Tom (company director), who promised he would contact my fiancée that same day with an update and explanation… He never did. In fact, we’ve heard nothing from the company since, now over a month later.

Eventually, we were forced to escalate the matter with PayPal and our bank to request a chargeback. Before this, we had made multiple attempts (again) via email, phone and even a letter, demanding a refund, all of which were ignored. Thankfully, we received our money back through a PayPal dispute just two days ago and we’re beyond relieved. For a while, we weren’t sure we’d ever get our money back. You can just imagine the stress this caused.

What disturbed me most was how quickly they acted to pursue new customers while leaving existing ones in the dark, many of whom we know are in the same stressful position we were in.

We’re relieved this ordeal is over, but strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from this company.
