I signed up for the tax credit in Sept 2024 which they calculated. July 2025 still not received. I try to follow up but their support is basically clueless. They suggested I refile with the irs which I did. Waste of time. Support requests not answered via email or voicemail. I call the support line, the call abruptly ends after being on hold for 10 minutes.

They made a calculation that the IRS did not accept. They are deceivers.
Received a call immediately after filling out my information and they helped me get my self-employed tax credit SETC irs payment. Leaving 4 stars though, because they take 20% which I think is kind of high. Can't complain though because they saved me from having to wait 18 weeks had I done it by myself. I got my payment in about 13 days which is about 2 months of my normal income which is nice
