They don't tell you they want you to pay them in advance to actually getting your Advance or getting your taxes and they don't offer any kind of upfront way to get the money like other companies do that will file for free until you get your money it seems like a humongous scam and you can't even get in touch with anybody in their office or in their email it says return to send her every time I try
