Settlr Global is a Bangkok based business operations company and the operating arm of WOWS Global, a Singapore corporate advisory group. We help founders and foreign companies build and run their presence in Thailand through one team and one platform. On the people side, our Employer of Record service lets a company hire and pay staff in Thailand legally, within weeks and without first registering a Thai entity. Our fractional CHRO then gives growing teams senior HR judgement on retainer: organisation design, hiring plans, compensation bands and performance, without the cost of a full time hire. Alongside this we run payroll and social security, visas, work permits and 90 day reporting. On the company side, we handle incorporation and BOI registration, accounting and tax, fractional CFO support and corporate legal advisory. Whether a client is making a first hire in Bangkok or running a full Thai subsidiary, every filing, renewal and payroll cycle sits on one calendar, managed by people who know how Thailand actually works.

I’ve had a good experience with Settlr Global. The team is professional, responsive, and easy to communicate with. They offer a good range of services for companies looking to set up and manage their business in Thailand, and the overall process has been well organised.

The team is also helpful in explaining the requirements and guiding things through the different steps. Overall, a good option for businesses looking for support with their Thailand operations
