I was left completely stranded today, unable to take my sick child to the doctor, because your charging unit failed mid-session and locked my cable in place. This is not just inconvenient — it’s dangerous. I attempted to contact your support multiple times with no meaningful response.
I am now launching a scathing public campaign across social media and review platforms to warn others about the risks of using your chargers. Your complete lack of accountability is disgraceful, and people deserve to know that using your chargers could leave them helpless and immobilised.
