Worst Travel Insurance. Denied claim and left travelers out of pocket thousands of dollars when flight was cancelled and airport was closed. I am a travel professional and have worked with many travel insurance companies. This insurance company is the worst. They don't cover trip cancellation and hide behind any reason not to pay out claims. I will never let my clients use again.

Relatively easy to make the insurance purchase. Fortunately didn't have to make any claims for this trip. The only caution I can offer is to watch as your total trip cost transfers to the final invoice. For some reason, the total dollar figure you enter doesn't transfer accurately to the invoice. I have to update the final cost each time I make a purchase.
