Thank you Paul Szetela has taken initiative for finding tenant with reference check almost 2 months before the current lease expire. It actually saved our time and minimize our property to be vacant.

I would like to extend my sincere appreciation for Ava's initiative and professional expertise in resolving my council tax issue. Her prompt action and thorough understanding of the matter helped correct the mistaken overcharge to my account, and I am truly grateful for her support.

They kept hounding me with international phone calls and emails despite telling them to leave me alone. They persist. I’ve asked them to stop contacting me at least 3 times, but the agents think waiting a year then popping back up means i’ll give them the time of day. The lies they spew are outrageous.

This is the same company that asked me for £50 for a floor plan of my property. Gobsmacking.

That chap, Jiaze Li is an unprofessional disgrace. He is a rude, passive aggressive liar. On brand for ‘Seven Group’. He’s still emailing me nonsense and backtalk and an emoji… lord.
Trying to poach clients from other agents. Speaks volume to the type of business you conduct.

Maybe this review will finally get you to back off. I’m not helping you make more money. Go leech off someone else. Thank you and good bye.

ADDED AFTER THEY RESPONDED:
You shouldn’t apologise for how i feel, you should apologise for your unprofessional conduct and unprofessional colleague. Your ‘standard’ follow up email was full of lies which i called out, then the true colours of Seven Living came out. I’m still waiting on a complaint reference. To anyone reading, they tried to take down my review within minutes. When that failed and trust pilot reposted my legitimate review, they politely reply and do some PR damage control. Bunch of cowboys.
