Don’t get me wrong Although the candle was nice n unused it smells amazing personally the quality just wasn’t as high as the website pics in terms of the candle and the overall product itself. For what cost me £30 I was expecting something a bit more professional looking and a little bit less handmade. I don’t mean that in a bad way at all I just think they could work on better product presentation. The candle jar was a bit grubby and tatty looking with messy areas of excess wax on the back and outer areas of the candle and the crystals on top were a bit tatty and cheap looking compared to the ones used in website pics! the label on candle also looked a bit basic and handmade and not professional ones compared to the labelling on pics on website so all this was bringing down the overall look of the candle on a whole This all together was giving the impression that as a gift It was not very costly at all when infact it was so I felt that the quality just doesn’t really reflect the cost even though the concept and idea of the crystals and extra touches on the candle and the smell is amazing I just really think the company should look into more ways to tidy up their overall presentation to really warrant the £30 for a candle. As if I picked that one up in a shop or stall personally I’d not be able to allow myself to spend more than £5 on it. Just bit overpriced for the quality delivered x

It smells and feels amazing. It’s rich and luxurious and it’s made my skin feel soft and supple.
I will definitely be buying more.

I really like these candles and I try my best to support small businesses, but the customer care is in need of attention. My first order was lost and after alot of chasing a second arrived, but as with two previous orders the boxes are always damaged! I purchased the rainbow candle for my neices birthday, it arrived broken as it was put into a box that was too small, I was only offered discount on my next order and not a refund which is not really good enough. I'm afraid I won't be purchasing anymore.

Candle arrived damaged, emailed the company twice and no reply.
