I bought a closet organizer, but had to wait for construction to assemble it. It had one wrong pole so I contacted them. They said it was outside the warranty period and they do not sell replacement parts. This was their mistake and they will not remedy the problem. Horrible customer sevice

We've purchased four Saville Classic…
We've purchased four Saville Classic Ultra HD Cabinets. Three 48" and one 60" and while there are a lot of parts to put together the cabinets are all extremely well made and support everything we put in them. The 48" cabinets ship flat in a large box with a lot of packaging between pieces. The only negative is the use of lots of styrofoam which can't be recycled but this does protect the pieces well. We did experience one door piece that looked like it was crimped in manufacturing but when we contacted Saville Classics, Claudia Luna got the replacement to us in less than 7 days. If we needed another cabinet I would buy any of their products. Great Company!

It was rusted and the slats were all warped and curved. Looked like the whole thing had water damage. Difficult to assemble and completely useless. Communication from this company is very poor. Do not recommend.
Airlift Table
I just received an airlift table, on 12/15/20. It took about a week to get, but received no notification that it shipped..The product is "Awesome"! Arrived in good condition and easy assembly.
If you like constant communication, this is probably not the company for you...However the products are excellent...

I will echo what has been stated here. Seville's customer service is atrocious and shameful. The customer service reps are not only unhelpful, but rude and unapologetic when I told them it was completely unacceptable and unreasonable for an item to be listed as "IN STOCK" to have not even left their warehouse two weeks after the order has been placed. They blamed it on FEDEX just as the others here have indicated. Seems like a total sham to deflect blame for their lack of inventory/stock/slow ship times. I will NEVER order a product from them again. I don't care how good it is (or not, who knows since it will be another two weeks before I receive it). A company with customer service like this deserves to go out of business.
Received a defective product; difficult to replace under warranty
Received a defective product (tower fan), which was purchased through Amazon. The buttons on the fan stopped working (although the detachable remote still worked) after the return period for Amazon ended. Therefore, I had to go through Seville's customer service process to get some sort of remedy through their one-year warranty.
Seville's customer service is absolutely TERRIBLE. I was told that the only way I could get a replacement was to cut the power cord to the device and send a photo of the inoperable device to their customer service email; this was after I already sent a video proving the buttons weren't working properly. If I sent a photo of the cut cord, it would take 7-10 business days to receive a replacement. AKA the only way to receive a replacement for a defective product, was to be without a room fan for nearly two weeks in the middle of the summer. After several emails and phone calls, I was told there was no other remedy - I had to go without a fan for two weeks mid-August or live with a defective fan until it cooled off. All of this so that they don't have to pay to have the old fan sent back to them. It's sad when a company chooses to save a few dollars over remedying a problem with their own product in a timely fashion.
I ordered two Seville storage cabinets…
I ordered two Seville storage cabinets in early June they arrived in due time. The first cabinet was assembled without very few problems however the second one was damaged and the biggest problem was a huge dent in the front door. I contacted customer service and they arranged for replacement parts. However, the panels were wrong so I contacted customer service again. Since Mid July, I have not received the replacement panel nore any reliable communication from the company.
I would rate the product as satisfactory but their customer service and lack of followup as very much in need of improvement .

We bought a piece of furniture June 4th, the money came out of my account on June 5th. After calling and getting the run around I was finally told they got the components in to assemble the item we bought July 31? They said it will ship this week? This info was given to me on approximately the 5th phone call I made to them asking where my product was? It finally arrived on August 12th! They never even tried to contact us with any info about the delay and I had to say "I'll stay on the phone until I get a live person" to actually talk to anyone, leaving messages on numerous voice mails never did a thing.

Their products are top notch but customer service sucks. There is no way you can get to know what the f*** is up with your order until they decide to ship. Its been more than a week I ordered , but did not get a proper communication from these irresponsible guys.
You call their customer care number they will put you on hold and will not bother . You email them asking for an update, they will share a Fedex tracking number where the status says "label created" and estimated delivery date 4 days later.
Now I am way past the estimated delivery date, these guys tell me that FedEx has not come to pick up the package.
I call FedEx, they say shipper did not schedule a pickup.
You circle back with these guys asking for an update they will just give you a Fedex tracking link which will say "label created".
oh wait, this amazing company has facebook messenger support as well, you ask them a question they will give you customer support phone number and email id.
You write them email, they will send you the Fedex tracking link again.
You somehow get hold of a person in their chat support and tell them you are frustrated and gonna submit a customer complaint with BBB, they will say "Okay No Problem" and disconnect the chat.
Don't buy the "Seville Classics UltraSlimline 40 in. Oscillating Tower Fan"
My "Seville Classics UltraSlimline 40 in. Oscillating Tower Fan" worked great for 15 months, then abruptly died. They were kind enough to replace it, but then two years later, that one died. I'd recommend looking elsewhere for fans, unless you only need one for a year or two.
I purchased a Seville Classics AIRLIFT…
I purchased a Seville Classics AIRLIFT S2 Electric Height Adjustable Standing Desk earlier this year. The product is a work of art in design, engineering, and operation.
After assembling and using the desk for several months, our family recently moved to a new house. To protect the desk in the move, I removed the top and detached the support brackets. When I went to reattach the desktop, I discovered that one of the support brackets had been lost in the move.
I emailed the company with a request to purchase a replacement bracket. Here is the email I received in response:
