Not long been back from sevil and all I can say in this moment that while I was there they treated me really well and Dt Ozge was really good with me and could not thank her enough for looking after me, none of the staff were pushy in trying to make me do anything I didn't want to so hopefully no problems in years to come 😊

Sevil as a dental provider were generally good and most staff were friendly and reassuring. However, the hotel they knowingly include in their package is well below acceptable standards and completely ruined what should have been a calm experience — especially when undergoing dental treatment.

I woke one night to a strong gas smell coming through the air vents. The hotel dismissed it as “normal” due to the kitchen. It clearly wasn’t — I moved across the road and the smell disappeared. Their lack of concern was alarming.

The main hotel is falling apart, with builders banging and patching things together throughout the day. I barely slept all week due to noise and smells. Being so exhausted while having treatment made everything far more stressful and seemed to worsen pain and sensitivity.

Breakfast was awful. I witnessed staff sneezing over the food before guests arrived and ended up eating out every day. The atmosphere was also unsuitable for medical patients — drinking and shouting all night. One evening a violent fight occurred in the room above, resulting in a police arrest. While not strictly the hotel’s fault, for a hotel used for dental patients who are told not to drink, this behaviour should be zero tolerance.

Security is another issue — none of the safes are bolted down, so I wouldn’t trust valuables there.

Sevil offered to move me hotels on the final night — but only after I said I would leave a review. They refunded £70 for that night. After paying over £7,500 and losing sleep all week, this was poor. They know this hotel is bad and continue to use it. That is my main gripe.

Dental treatment itself was mixed. Extractions and fillings were painless, but I experienced extreme sensitivity afterwards, almost fainting from pain — staff were kind and reassuring. One month later I still have strong hot/cold sensitivity and ongoing bite issues where I keep biting my cheeks.

Appointments often ran late around lunchtime. At one point I was told there wasn’t time to adjust tooth length — which later turned out not to be true. I’m happy with the final shape now. Trainees sometimes perform scans; the technology is clever, but inexperienced use was uncomfortable compared to experienced staff.

Pricing transparency was an issue. I had X-rays months in advance for a realistic quote, yet the final price was much higher due to extractions and filling replacements that should have been identified earlier. Every guest I spoke to said the same.

If you want very white teeth, this place is ideal. If you want very natural shades, it’s difficult — the translucent shades don’t go dark enough. Mine are brighter than I wanted, though I’m happy with the shape.

Taxi transfers were efficient and staff friendly, but there is visible disorganisation, with nurses often leaving mid-appointment to find dentists.

Overall, while Sevil focus heavily on brand image, pairing treatment with such poor accommodation undermines their quality claims. Knowing there are clinics at much lower cost, I feel I paid a premium for branding rather than overall care.

My dentist, Dr Emir Riza in Antayla was nothing but attentive, professional, friendly and just wanted to give me the perfect smile which he did. I would highly recommend Sevil Smile as well as Dr Emir Riza. True professionals. They even arranged my hotel and sorted out airport transfers. Overall a great experience.

I can’t say enough great things about Sevil Smile.. From the moment I walked in, the staff made Me feel very welcomed, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. The front desk team is friendly and organized, and I never felt rushed or overlooked. My care coordinator was Behnaz, She was so lovely and looked after Me well.

My dentist was Dt. Emir Riza he is incredibly professional, gentle, and thorough, and A PERFECTIONIST!! He was always taking time to explain what’s going on and answer any questions I had. Even procedures that usually make Me nervous were completely stress-free because of how patient and reassuring He was, I also had A root canal with A specialist, again completely pain free, I was sooo nervous and I was made to feel super comfortable throughout the whole process.

The office is clean, modern, and well-equipped, which really adds to the overall confidence and comfort of the visits. It’s clear that they truly care about their patients and the quality of their work.

If you’re looking for A dentist who is skilled, kind, and truly goes the extra mile, I highly recommend My Dentist he was just amazing. Best dental experience I’ve ever had!

What can I say about the Sevil experience! Absolutely amazing from start to finish. All the team from the initial contact through to the drivers, reception staff, coordinators and doctors all make you feel at ease. I was quite apprehensive before arrival but I had no reason to be as I was made feel at ease from the get go and in particular by the doctor that carried out the smile makeover. I would have no hesitation in recommending Sevil smile to anyone whether friends or family. Anyone contemplating having work done at Sevil smile but unsure please do not hesitate this whole operation is very slick, professional in an amazing building in Antalya run by an unbelievable team.

Had veneer's completed in 2023 didn’t have an issue early on but started having massive issues,all off my teeth were over prepared some back to the nerve had to go to a specialist/ professor at this current time iv lost almost all of my teeth and have to get implants now.

Id look at other studios as the after care team didnt really care and there warranty isnt worth the paper it’s written on

Great experience was looked after from the moment I got their and now I have a beautiful smile great services was quoted for all works but during my vist they did see that some of the work they thought they may need to do was not needed in the end so refund me the difference very trustworthy

They were great, very welcoming, made me feel at ease from the start and very informal. I would recommend them to who ever is thinking of taking a big decision to get there teeth done

My Sevil Smile experience was Excelent. Picked up from the Airport in a luxury vehicle taken to a nice hotel for my 6 day stay. Similar vehicle to the clinic each day, my treatment co ordinator was lovely and very efficient , explaining each step of my treatment. The clinicians, dentists, reception staff etc were all very professional, kind and as gentle as could be, never really in pain, discomfort yes but only to be expected. Looking forward to completion of my treatment in a few months time. I would highly recommend Sevil Smile for dentistry treatment. I expect not the cheapest but certainty value for money. So I came to Istanbul to get a new set off teeth. I had a lot of worries and was very anxious but the sevil team were 100% spot on, the way they looked after me during the week in the clinic has been phenomenal. From the transport pickup to to the hotel and the clinic itself has been amazing. I recommend anyone that wants to go and get there teeth done for whatever reason it is, DO IT, you will not regret it and will be the best decision of your life, at least it is for me 🤗, very friendly people, my dentist ENES has done an amazing job with my teeth and has done it to 100% like as if he was doing his own. I had a excellent experience with Sevil Smile 😃, I'm very happy visiting them and I come back with the beautiful smile 😍.

For years i have put off going to the dentist due to previous negative experiences in the UK. It took me a long time and multiple years to find the right dentist to consider treatment after visiting Sevil in Antalya I will never visit another dentist.
From consultation after requesting treatment, the breakdown in what to expect, arriving at the Airport, transportation to and from appointments and the careful consideration throughout the whole process was an unbelievable experience! I am forever grateful for how staff treated me with respect and consideration of my fears ensuring that I was comfortable throughout the process to returning home with my perfect smile. The clinic is prestige with amazing customer service with a beautiful view whilst receiving treatment.

A huge thank you to all staff in Sevil smile, Antalya you have shown me what true care looks like when receiving treatment, boosted my confidence and removed any fears I have of receiving dental treatment.

From the minute I emailed about a broken tooth a few months ago getting weekend replies to all of my questions from Carla, to when I had my final check up today the service, friendliness and professionalism has been stunning.
My coordinator Osman helped at every stage and even recommended a box set to watch when bored in the hotel (and he was right).
My dentist / doctor was Ismail Unal - he was so good at his job and was thorough in everything he did. and so was his assistant Şerife.
Everything was explained, checked and checked again.
The reception team of Yuliya, Berivan, Elif, Berat, and Bahar were so polite and helpful, welcoming me every day, sending appointments, organising transfers. Everything was simple!
This was a totally different experience to any dentist trip i have made before and I am delighted with the results.

Excellent service and experience. At first i opted to pay extra to be put to sleep for the filing down because i was so nervous but once I arrived the whole team made me feel at ease and comfortable so i never went ahead with that. All the staff can’t do enough for you and gave me a smile with confidence I never had before. Sevil are the best in the business.my dentist was far more knowledgeable and professional than any I have been to in the uk and I’d recommend to anyone. I will be returning next year for a polish and check up and bringing my wife for her treatment.

The aftercare team/ well every single member are exceptional!! Had crowns over 4 years with sevil……. But unfortunately I had developed gum issues! Not due to the crowns just my general health!!! Came over for treatment to repair and heel this and will be flying back in February to have a few more bits of treatment and thrn replacing the crowns!!! Everybody here have been sooo helpful, understanding with me, patient with me and treated me like a friend! They have answered my questions straight away 24/7!!!! Looking forward to seeing them all !!! Can’t fault sevil smile as they really are exceptional at what they do and you know you can trust them ❤️😊🥰

Can I just say from start to finish my experience with Sevil Smile Studio has been caring, understanding and professional. From the moment I arrived in Istanbul to leaving I felt safe travelling as a single mature female . Drivers , reception staff , dentists and their assistants could not have been more respectful , helpful and attentive. They put me at my ease and seemed to know what my questions would be and gave me all information that I needed . It really did feel like a family atmosphere . They take your flight details and make sure work is carried out in time for your flight home. Daily they would message me with what time driver would collect me to the hotel and take me back again . They were always in time. There is a self service drinks and snack bar at the studio which is free . They take x rays of your mouth when you arrive , go over the plan and show you how much it costs so that you have clear understanding what is involved . I have been really impressed with my experience with Sevil Smile Studio . The founder Sevil also came by a few times and asked how I was . I found their communication to be extremely helpful and all texts were responded to very quickly ! Attention to detail was paramount and they consulted with me regarding the shape and colour of my crowns in depth . Happy with my smile , results and cost . So looking forward to going back to complete the work , you will need a 2nd trip to let your gums heal depending on the work you get done . Highly impressed overall with my experience and you will see the awards this Studio has won .. not surprised as they truly deserve it ! Not really got anything negative to say at all regarding my experience at Sevil Smile Studio . To me it was care , trust and professionalism. Would definitely recommend to friends and family . In fact since coming home I have recommended already ! Also found the price to be reasonable . However it was not about the price totally it was about the people , their highly experienced dentists and their care , and their overall atmosphere was so welcoming ! They also have lovely gardens with loungers and comfy couches to sit and soak up the sun ☀️ as you wait for or relax after your treatment !

From having 2 crowns done in England at my local dentist I was not happy as you could see discolouration from having a dead tooth. I did my re search as few of my girls had been to sevil smile. I had 2 crowns done, my own teeth whitened, some gum contouring and my dead tooth bleach. Which we thought might of needed a root canal so price was even cheaper. :) the service was brilliant tbh pickup and drop off service and also free refreshments. Every single one of the staff was really nice and friendly. Teeth look amazing even tho I have only had 2 front crowns and matched perfectly with my other teeth. If there not happy they will get it right so all round good service even got treated the same as others getting the full teeth package so was really impressed

The whole process from transferring me from airport to the hotel and dental care was fantastic, these are so professional people and they know how to make you smile
