Worst customer service
On Oct 30 I ordered and paid for an insert for my Kangaroo table set. I received an email asking for my make and model of machine even though I put it on the form. I submitted this on Nov 4. On Dec 17 without any communication from Sewing Tables by Sara I asked what the status was, since it had been 6 weeks. A response said they would check on it. No response again from Sewing Tables by Sara, so I wrote on Dec 29 asking the status. On Dec 30 received an email saying they had to re-enter the order in as it got messed up. I then responded and asked if there was a way to expedite as it had been 8 weeks. Again no response from Sewing Tables by Sara. On Dec 18 I again as it had almost been 12 weeks for a 4-6 week order. The next email was an email saying we have been refunded our purchase price. Then an email from Sewing Machines by Sara indicating they are having issues with their system and to try to order through another business to see if you have better luck. On Jan 21 i did finally receive a refund to the credit card. I wonder how long it would have been if I had not communicated with them.
I have never seen such poor customer service in my life, and as a business claiming they have rapid response, they do not, very little communication and it was only after I had to start communicating did they reply. Plus it is sad when they recommend you to go to another business.
