At this point it would be a zero. Have not received the product. Paid for 2 day shipping and have not even received a tracking notification or shipping notification. The number has been disconnected so you can't call and the live chat is not live.

I had a particular question regarding ceiling height and they were so incredibly helpful, offering a variety of solutions. I am absolutely happy with the screamer dual hook first swing ever purchased. I bought it as a surprise for my wife (stuff she is really not into) so I hid it and we was doing the normal and I told her that I wanted to show her something when she saw it she was not for it, but she gave it a try and within minutes she was all for it and she got her two O so quick! If anyone knows of a card game for position for a swing only I would love to know so we can draw a card a night to keep interesting?

Was quite comfortable, enough hip space for me. Could add extra cushioning though. Overall a great product.

They received my unopened and refused shipment several weeks ago and have not issued a refund, and routinely dodge emails.

Cheaper options exist at other vendors.

I tried the pull-up bar method but if you spend the time to secure it to a stud in the ceiling, you can get MUCH more hip space. My SO really likes it as it takes pressure of an injured back. The swing is also a good way to strengthen the core muscles of your abdomen.

Don't cheap out on a swing. Just get this one or the 360 degree model.

So far, so good! She loved the gift. The swing arrived in a timely manner and was a great sensation for both of us. Seems well designed, strong and well-built. Padding on the seat and back rest could be much better, even as an additional option. We will probably add sheepskin or other soft material to wrap around the seat, etc for better comfort. Head rest provided is a must. Don't buy another swing without it... this is the best one! Also, very important, if mounting to ceiling joist, we suggest buying high quality indoor swing ceiling hardware available on Amazon. Enjoy!

I ordered the Screamer dual-hook after pouring over tons of different reviews and sites. The product was priced best on sexswing.com, so i used the chatbox to ask a few more questions before I got it. The stand was on backorder, but Lisa said they would have more in about 3 weeks, so they added me to an email list to alert me when it came back in stock. I ordered the stand as soon as I got the email and it showed up in 2 or 3 days. Using the videos provided on the site, I had the stand and swing set up within 5 minutes. My wife and I couldn't be happier with the product. And the headrest that they throw in with every swing order is a huge bonus. It reduces the ab work to let the user relax more fully and enjoy that final collapse. This site is run by folks that really know their product and want their customers to be fully satisfied (sorry, not sorry for the pun).

Ordering this swing was easy and a great choice. I’m glad it came with everything it needed.
It work great with the hooks I placed in ceiling.

When placing my initial order I added some hardware that I didn’t realize was already included with the kit. Abby emailed me the next day to verify that I wanted the extra hardware but let me know I didn’t really need it.
Right after placing my order I saw there was an even more elaborate kit available. So I asked if I could change the order. I was able to pay the difference and get all the bells and whistles.
