The product itself is great
The product itself is great, I have two sets of the same design. Very comfortable and soft to the touch. But the delivery , not Seymours fault, was a joke. Delivered to the totally wrong address by those Evri idiots AGAIN, with no compensation from Evri offered " as I am not the account holder" even though I had to work out what they did wrong and where my parcel ended up, at great inconvenience. Never heard a satisfactory response from Evri or Seymours as to the outcome of the investigation.

I’d rate negative stars if i could…
I would rate it negative stars if i could. A month of waiting with three e-mails stating a delay, the second e-mail seemed to be “generated” as it promised my items to arrive at their warehouse (a single item was ordered) and next day delivery after dispatch (which is impossible because it’s international shipping). Hopefully i get my money back asap.

Since then, we have received inconsistent lead time information from them which has made it difficult for us to provide you with accurate updates. We completely understand how frustrating this must be, especially after waiting so long.
We also fully acknowledge that our communication referring to “items” and “next day delivery” was careless and misleading in this instance and we sincerely apologise for that.
If you are happy to wait a little longer, we would be very pleased to offer complimentary delivery as a gesture of goodwill. Alternatively, if you would prefer not to wait, we can of course arrange a full refund immediately. Please just let us know how you would like to proceed.
As a small, family-run business, we always strive to provide both beautiful products and excellent service. On this occasion, our supplier has not delivered within their usual timeframe, which has unfortunately impacted our service to you and for that we are truly sorry.
