Prompt and professional service. I was assisted very nicely by Ludmila Yavorska and received an excellent service. Company was formed pretty quickly. I still have not received the original papers though.

Dont trust this company.

Before collect my money, they told me in 15 days everithing is ready.

After 11 moths, they said I have a company, I never receibe any document, they coudnt open my bank account and to finalice, this shameless company is asking me more money yo pay a renewal of one company I dont know nothing about.

I am asking for refound but they never answer..... My lawers are taking care of it.

I have tried SFM and they have been so helpful throughout the whole process of incorporating my company in the Bahamas. Their team is knowledgeable and very friendly. I highly recommend SFM.

Service is poor and not serious. Sometimes you just can not reach anyone when you need something to be done (especially at UAE office). They only time they respond is when they request payment to be made.

Generally Good for Company Registration
I have worked with SFM to register a company and open a bank account. It took a long time but at the end company registration is done. After that they started to open bank account process. SFM requested me to make certified copies of company documents to bank. Our contract with SFM was including bank account opening and SFM has all company documents, so SFM must handle this subject. Why I am paying money to SFM to open bank account? I asked to SFM to proceed without involving me, they have all files and they can easily give these files any notary/lawyer for certified copies and then they can send to bank. But they did not accept to this. Nowadays I am wasting my time for this process.

Positive side of SFM is;
+they are polite,
+their reply speed is good,
+they are following process.

Negative side of SFM is;
-they are not requesting necessary papers in one time,
-no need to assign them for bank account opening, since we have to follow everything

Till now (since 4 months), my company registration is done, but bank account still not opened. I don't know how they will serve in future, during company and bank account start to run.

I can say that, generally SFM is OK, you can work with them. But they have to improve their service quality to satisfy their clients.

I'd prefer to know sometimes timetable in advance but everything was done without any glitch.

The agent I was communicating with stopped answering me, and I had to contact the company on their WhatsApp, Linkedin and main e-mail to receive an answer. I was then told the employee was not with them anymore, and I was appointed a new agent. (I can accept that)

Very little did it help. As the new agent, unfortunately, couldn't fulfill my request. Which I can also accept.

What I can NOT accept is the whole communication process, which is just poor, and if you don't push or follow up multiple times, you have the feeling that you will be forgotten.

I choose SFM because they looked trustworthy and have descent ratings online. But I'm still waiting for my refund, and I will be willing to remove or change my rating when and if the company meets fair customer service.

there has been lightening speed follow-up from the moment i apply for SFM service. Mary has been of great help at every step. Obviously there are many requirements for documents but she has been helping through out.

Very Professional, I had the opportunity to visit their office in Dubai and the service was top. Very knowledgeable and willing to help to meet my needs.

This website is a scam. I ordered a service, after weeks they explained me they cannot deliver the service. I wait for to months now to get a refund and nothing happens. stay away from the website.

SFM provided me with excellent service and was instrumental in fulfilling requirements for forming my offshore company; my SFM assigned account manager, Mr. Khaled Moumni was amazing in putting in the time and efforts to satisfy the cumbersome details and documentation mandated to get the company formed and have its bank account opened. Yes, the requirements were lengthy and took sometime to complete the due diligence and registration compliance, but the end results were amazing; indeed marvelous by all means. Thanks to Mr. Khaled Moumni of the Dubai SFM office, in specific, and the entire SFM staff, in general, all the way. I truly recommend SFM for those who have offshore formation and banking needs.

1. Get recommended for nominee service, and they will told you it is necessary to apply for establishment in certain countries. (and these countries are usually more expensive for establish company than other countries.)
2. Keep sending and receiving documents for several weeks.
3. They will told you nominee services are not available.
4. Request a refund. but they will not refund for more than two months.
5. Leave a review in Trustpilot and they will contact you for a refund.
6. They will say they can establish company but nominee service is not available, so only 62.86% will be refunded. and they will request "sign the refund agreement".
7. And they will not let you know what costs are incurred about non-refundable cost($950).

Conclusion: A few mails cost $950 in service.

They are SCAM. Never use this service.
