Absolutely horrific. Scam!

Absolutely horrific, complete scam! I ordered, ordered carbon intakes for my Posche 911.2. Items arrived and were unable to be fitted due to poor fitment & terrible quality. Raised a case through PayPal, after agreeing to refund my items, I shipped the items back and they have been recieved by Sforza. The case on PayPal expired and now Sforza have got my items & are refusing to refund my money because the case has expired. They've stopped responding to my messages and have left me £600 out of pocket. Completely disgusting customer service, I've been completely ripped off. AVOID!

Dear Sir,
We have already sent and email to your address specified on order last September 26th, stating that we are available to send you back the parts ordered given that the parts have been checked and are not defective, but we don't have received any answer from you yet. FB messenger is not the correct place where you can communicate with us regarding disputes.
You placed the order on June 8th 2021, the order was delivered a week later, then you opened a Paypal case on July 29th in a date already after the deadline to excise the right of withdrawal, stating that you wanted to return the order.
We have replied you immediately and provided you the shipping awb at our charge on August 6th in order to return the order, despite you missed the deadline.
You completely ignored our messages and on August 18th Paypal closed the case on our favour given that you did not return the parts and did not respect the Paypal terms.
On September 7th, a month later, you woke up all of a sudden and deliberately decided to return the parts by using our previously supplied shipping awb, without even getting in touch with us before sending out. Then on September 16th the shipment was delivered to us.
The parts have been inspected and found in good conditions, same as new and have been tested by our technicians who have found the parts to be not defective in any way.
So the right of withdrawal has not been respected twice: in first place with our terms and in second place with the Paypal case. Then you kept the items for a month without any good reason and without even informing us.
As a professional Company , we have always acted transparently with all our Customers and also with the Paypal case you opened, providing you all our support, but clearly we cannot accept by any Customer to unilaterally decide the right of withdrawal terms and return times.
Once again, we are still available and willingful to send you back the returned parts at our charge, to conclude the dispute once and for all.

You was expected to delivery the parts…

You was expected to delivery the parts on the 16 of september
After i have change the adress before 0H00 September the 16th it was notice that you will delivery the part on September the 17th
In between i received an Email saying that i will receive the parts September the 20th at my adress
Or finaly you delivery the parts Spetember the 20th on the new adress
I think you have a problem with the transport company

We are aware that delivery might be troublesome in some cases and we always provide Customers a valid email tracking service where it is possible to check shipment status. However we do not have any control over scheduled delivery times of express Carriers such as DPD, DHL, Fedex.
We recommend to contact the courier in charge in order to have more informations regarding your shipment.

The Carbon fibre back light insert was…

The Carbon fibre back light insert was ordered and arrived swiftly. It looks just as it did on the web page, and in my mind should have been an original fitting on the car !!! The back of my Fiat Abarth now looks like the true sporty car that it is.
The parts came very well packaged, however when applying the parts the sticky tape that was applied to the back of the part did not stick to my cleaned and dried light cluster and I had to buy some new tape from the shops. The tape indentation area on the Left cluster part was too deep for the Sticky pad to adhere to the car. Annoying but easily dealt with.
