Buy at your own risk!

Despite stating they have ready stock, they don't. They make empty promises multiple times regarding delivery dates and don't take initiative to follow up if there is a problem delivering on time. Worse still, they refuse to allow me to cancel the order despite confirming that they will process the order cancellation, leaving me in limbo. Buy from them at your own risk!

they do not know what they have in stock

The company seems legit but I've had a bad experience with them: the website shows items as in stock when they actually are not, and after making an order and paying for it they've sent an email with text "When the stock is allocated to your order, we'll send you a detailed order confirmation email with clearly stated tax, shipping charges and expected delivery date(s).", I've wait for several days, sent them an email, got no answer within TWO WEEKS so I've made a chargeback.

What's the point of a stockist that can't handle accounts or inventory?

We have had to pay several thousand dollars in advance to allocate parts from this stockist for future delivery. They appear to have lost the money and are unable to resolve the situation after two months.

Two whole months after receiving payment to their account they have failed to send even a receipt for this money and after several attempts to contact them they appear to have lost it. Neither have they sent any confirmation of allocation for the parts so we have no idea whether or not the money was received or the parts will be delivered as and when they receive stock.

Attempts to contact their support services just result in empty template letters and they seem completely unable to resolve this most basic of situations or provide contact details of anyone who can.

This is the second time that we have had issues receiving pre-ordered products from this stockist.

Of all the 'major' stockists I've never seen such non-professional behaviour before. I have strongly recommended that the supplier finds a new distributor for the region. I would also strongly recommend anyone else to avoid doing business with this company based on their inability to handle accounts and inventory. It's literally their only job.
