Great communication and order arrived sooner than I expected.

The delivery process felt secure but it did take a long time. It was difficult to arrange to be home for the delivery and I wasn’t given an opportunity to modify the delivery instructions. I had to drive 40 min each way to the depot. Rural and small town locations would benefit from better communication closer to the date of delivery.

I tried to cancel an order immediately after ordering but because of the neglect in answering calls and staying current with emails, you missed my calls. I realize that you may be experiencing a busy time but that need not be my problem, but incompetence on your part would have it where my second order was held hostage until a market loss was paid as a result of your inability to stay current with your communication. I will not be using your company again after the way I was treated by your personel. A good lesson learned.

Coins are excellent beautiful conditioning all exactly what other ordered and what I was expecting time delay was fairly extensive but I guess that's part of the course for the present day and age with precious metals specifically silver

I ordered February 3rd, and understand that shipping now takes a while and understand why. So it was all good.

Took much longer than indicated and premiums were to high. Premium gouging as other locations have less premiums and are willing to deal. Sorry
