I have sent nearly $10,000 of silver coins to them for buyback, which were bought from them, shipped to them on Jan 26th, received on 28th by them, and received and email from them that they were verified on the 29th and that payment would be issued within the next business day. Then was told within 2-3 days, then was told 3 - 5 days. It is Feb 8 and I have not received payment and keep getting excuses. DO NOT SELL TO THEM IF YOU WANT YOUR MONEY IN A TIMELY MANNER (IF IT EVER GETS SENT). When buying from them, you send payment before receiving the shipment, but they buy back, receive your metals, and don't send your money.

Every transaction is easy. Silver Gold Bull explained that my order would take a little while to be delivered because of the spike in interest of precious metals. So because they communicated that to me, I wasn't panicking to receive my order.

The company had great service and responded within a few hours to my emails about the order. I had placed an order for 8x1.25 oz silver assorted coins and got them in 5 days. The thing that I didn’t like is that the coins were supposed to be assorted but I got 8 of the 2023 Guinea silver coins. I expected different coins and not just the same ones because I had placed an order for many coins. Please note that if you are under 18 don’t buy it from here as they require adult signature and valid government issued id. If you place an order for assorted coins hoping for different coins do NOT waste your time and money as they mainly just give the same coins.

Terrible service, they deliberately delay shipping of purchased goods it seems in hopes prices fall before they ship ? 2 months they tell me before they ship a paid shipment ?? Will never buy from here again
