The installation people are great..but admin are poor.

The installation people are great. The admin and accounts people not so. They seem to have had no interpersonal skills. Whilst i am not a on time bill payer, i am surprised by the treatment i receive. A example:

At the SGD Group of Companies we work flexibly. This email has been sent at a time that suited me – I do not expect you to read it or respond outside of your normal working hours.

On a Sunday after noon, an invoice on a relaxing family time, is not appropriate.
