Avoid SGI

They were fine for the longest time then due to accidents they decided to raise our rates dramatically after 11 years after we canceled they sent us a cancellation letter but no mention of anything owing fast forward two plus months and we get a letter in the mail saying that we owe $380 no explanation for the amount just threatening to send the the amount to collections even though we never got any sort of correspondence a rude demanding letter tried calling them 2 hours on the phone just to get someone in another country. Do yourself a favour avoid SGI a very bad rude unprofessional company.

Horrible customer service…

Horrible customer service representative and no communication or listening skills on there team!!Was backing out of legal parking area when person zipped in a stopped to pick up passengers in a clearly marked area for no stopping or parking!!

Very bad company they dont care …

A very bad company they terminated my insurance because I was late making a payment no chance to rectify the situation just got email stating I was canceled, like most insurance company's they dont care about the little guy or if they are struggling etc. Instead of reopening my imsurance they said when late payment is recieved they will open a new policy, and will say I need to pay the full year. And I cant afford that,they have made things alot more expensive and harder. It doesnt make sense. Shame on this company.
