I placed an order for sunglasses as a Christmas present. They never arrived. SGS never responded to emails from me. I was shocked that a company could operate like this. Unfortunately I should have checked trust pilot first and then I’d never have placed the order ! The amount was £12.99 but it was the principle. So I took up this matter with PayPal. Thank goodness for PayPal. They fought my case and today I received confirmation of a refund from PayPal. I am furious that SGS are allowed to operate like this. Clearly I’m not the only person to have had this unpleasant experience. My strong advice is DON’T do business with these people. EVER.

I wish there was an option for zero star! I ordered a gym set from the ‘ not super store’ but didn’t receive the order till weeks later! I called and emailed to no avail!! When the order finally arrived, it wasn’t needed anymore as it was supposed to be a gift! I emailed and called several times to get a return address also to no avail! Beware!!!

They took my order and never delivered. Called, emailed, in the end I raised the matter with American Express who are now conducting their investigations. Avoid!

I ordered an outfit, paid by PayPal and have not received any goods. I have emailed 3 times and received no replies and I have also phoned and left a message, also no reply.
I am trying to obtain a refund through Pay Pal. This company is a scam and I strongly advise anyone to avoid it

Ordered a outfit the first time and it was so comfy came within 2 weeks. Ordered 4 outfits 3 weeks ago and they still haven’t arrived, No ones replying back to my emails or anything

I purchased some resistance bands months ago during lock down and wasn't satisfied with the quality so I emailed about the return policy sent them back and haven't had a response since,I have a receipt I have emailed numerous times over the course of these few months and no response. I have been completely scammed out of my money and would highly recommend not using this unreliable site

I ordered a posture corrector following measuring instructions on the product information. It was far too small, so I emailed the company stating the problem and asking for an exchange. I asked where I should return the product to. That was on the 28th of August and I have still not had any reply.

I ordered sun glasses and the order came wrong. I returned item at my cost and never received a refund. No reply’s to my enquiries or complaint. Stay clear.

Not superstore at all , ordered some knives paid on PayPal, I'm aware that thing can take a long time to get here as I've just received something I bought three months ago from China but when a company does not
Process the order and send it this is just not acceptable
luckily I paid on PayPal and got my money back ,so buyers be aware

Ridiculous! A joke! 15 mails but still same stupid no sense reply! No refund no item!!! This is scam!!!!!! Can you please process my refund asap! No more excuses. Thats not legal what you are doing!!

Ordered an overpriced yoga Matt on 11th May, it’s now 18th August and it’s still not arrived.
Had an email to say it had arrived, but it hasn’t.
Emailed the company on so many occasions now I’ve lost count. Extremely poor customer service, don’t often even bother replying.... offered me 20%off as some sort of compensation (as if I would ever order again from them!) no refund,no yoga Matt,no reply to my last email.

Save your time and money and order from somewhere else!

Ordered some leggings two weeks ago, still have not dispatched. Have asked for a refund but they are not acknowledging the request. AVOID. Customer service email is a gmail.com email which is also not a good sign!

I ordered leggings that were terribly itchy and horrible material. Returned them over a month ago and still haven’t received a refund.

Shambles. No yoga mat has arrived. It may be here for my wife's birthday in 2022, but I'd rather get my money back.

Utterly ridiculous. 10 weeks and still no sign of delivery, was told it was in the UK over a month ago. Excuses, excuses. Tracking link purely states, On it’s way’, which it said back in May.

65 days waiting for yoga mat!!! Still not delivered. Don’t buy anything!

Would never use again. Like others my order took weeks to arrive, even though the website gave the impression it was in stock. When it did arrive it was incomplete and company said I needed to wait 65 days from original dispatch before seeking a refund for a ‘lost’ item. Nothing good to say about the company or its service

Ordered a Yoga mat on 4th June. 6 weeks later, still no delivery, despite an email saying the mat's been delivered. Tried to complain, but they don't answer their phone, nor any emails you sent them. Terrible.

If you could give 0 stars I would. I purchased one item from this website on the 22nd of May, it is now the 15th July. I am deeply disappointed by this service and their failure to reply to enquires. Never again will I order from here
