From my experience of being a shaadi.com member for almost a year and a half, I have found this site to be full of fake profiles, posted by shaadi.com themselves, who appear to be professional scammers. They post photos of eligible white males, under "Premium" memberships, and impersonate them, requesting photos of yourself, your phone number etc. Profiles state that they live in a part of the world but their phone number is an Indian number and they can barely write two words of English. I confronted them on 29 April 2024 and my profile immediately got deleted. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SITE. This is a friendly piece of advice. Mia

Good and easy to use website for singles who is looking for perfect life partner. With its advanced options and millions of verified profiles, I had plenty of choices. Thanks for nice experience.

I would suggest that you don't inform the boy or girl about rejection or declines they feel low about themselves ,specially girls, ofcourse even boys ,it looks like shadi.com takes great pleasure in informing about the declines And the one who accepts are not responding so it all is a bit fishy , I am regretting wasting my money here for my son I will definitely put a review online about shadi.com I think you want us to spend more money with vip shadi as I am getting emails about it Please don't harass children in this way .

Shaadi.com should be more faithful to its clients and keep promises. Don’t make false assurance.

VIP Shaadi.com— a Cheating Trap.

I have taken the service twice in a span of 5 years for my daughter. First time the regular service and recently the VIP Shaadi. Com service. But I was totally disappointed. I am hereby narrating my experience with Shaadi.com. After a long gap when I contacted them, at least three team consultants approached me with lucrative proposals to find a prospective groom with the help of a VIP Consultant assigned exclusively for me. They charged ₹25,000 for 3 months with 50 percent discount and even offered me one month additional free service. Throughout the service period mostly either their Relationship manager was on leave or days off or didn’t respond to my calls or out of reach.
They failed to give desired service the moment I paid and the concerned person from Kolkata Shaadi.com office who assured me of better services stopped taking my calls. The phone number was mostly switched off. We were extremely disappointed and then decided to get the money back after two weeks. I urged them to do so but they refused to refund even though they had assured me of refunding the money within a month if I was dissatisfied with the service.
They mostly sent 2 profiles per week which were a complete mismatch in terms of age, location, and qualification criteria. Even when I asked them to contact the handful of compatible profiles the RM only sent an email or a message on WhatsApp. He did nothing more beyond that if there’s no response, a pathetic display of exclusive service for which we bought it! Overall it’s the worst experience with a matrimonial platform. Two days ago when I told them I would ventilate my grievances to social media about you the service supervisor said proper service had been given and urged to renew the service as it’s over.
I WOULD SUGGEST TO ALL DO NOT EVER BUY THE VIP SHAADI SERVICE. IT IS A WASTE OF MONEY, TIME AND ENERGY. MOREOVER IT’S A BIG TRAP.

This app and service is a complete waste of time, tried to request a refund for the premium membership because the service was not good or suitable. Customer service had no interest in understanding a users concerns and instead were more interested in arguing back, clearly there are not many users in the UK so I definitely would not recommend a user if you are looking for a partner in the UK. This company is just after your money when it comes to premium memberships. I am happy to be cancelling my membership renewal and will not longer be using the app in the future. Complete waste of time and money!

Now,This Site is also not trustable.Many Fraud Profiles can be seen in this website.Felt very disappointed from this website after having premium also.

Never get the VIP service there. It's a waste of money. They said, I would have access to new members that don't show on the regular site; that was not true. The advisor kept operating my account and sent connect requests to people that I would never consider. They changed my profile and wrote things about me that sounded nice, but were not true.

Wish I can give negative stars. Almost all fake lying profiles. They lie about their age, date of birth, height, marital status and the list goes on. I have been using the premium paid service for the past 16 years and the ones I am interested in accepts and then they drop contact. There was one who lied about his height and when we met in person he was a midget & so skinny and emanciated looking that he looked like a 10 year old boy. That ended up in disaster. Another one lied that he was never married, when in fact he was married with 2 kids and his wife was about to leave him. I stopped texting him & he keeps on texting me and bothering me. I asked them to give me a refund because of the lying fake profiles that got mutual acceptance based on their guarantee, and they refused. They either need to have all profiles verified with photo government ID or their service needs to be shut down. Anyone willing to start a class action with the attorney general in USA? Absolutely insensitive people. After I unsubscribed a few months ago, they keep sending me emails to this day. They don`t listen.
Waste of time and space.

After having many bad experiences from multiple matrimonial sites and being cheated by some of them I was extremely cautious of getting involved with others. I was approached by one Kavita Pandey and she and her boss talked me into taking a VIP Shaadi membership assuring me of the best services. They had said within 48 hours a RM would approach me to understand my needs. After 4 days when no one approached me I wrote a mail to Kavita asking her boss to call me. I received no response. Today I tried calling the number in her mail and to my surprise it was a wrong number. Yesterday I received a WhatsApp message from one Miss Urvi asking for an appointment time. I gave today’s appointment. No one called at the appointment time. Frustrated at the response after money is paid I have decided to stop the service and have asked them to refund my payment. My experience is they are not reliable and don’t practice what they stay.

I paid 16800 for select service ,I was given an advisor for four months and some services were promised through advisor which were not given inspite of several requests. I was promised that after four months, though advisor provided will be withdrawn, our profile will remain on the app and I would be able to run the app with all relevant features. But after four months they locked all main features one by one. Our profile was tagged as free profile. Now they are calling almost everyday to sell another packages means they want more money.So one has to keep on paying otherwise all features will be locked and app's utility will be nil. Hopeless app, do false commitments for selling their package, once you purchase thereafter no body will listen. Betrayed.

First they let customer to be onboarded / registered.
And once customer has subscribed for a paid service then for some unkonwn reason they will deactivate your profile.
Will then ask you to upload personal document to verify your identity.

Most Unprofessional SITE of the dating sites,,, i live in AUST I had no contacts to call or immediate replies... they deactivated since i used my nick name and age ,,, its a dating site why we give personal details and now they need all personal documents a list of it..... but money is paid by customers upfront and accounrs get deactivated.
This company should be audited and closed rubbish and hopless never recomend this to anybody.

I am very disappointed with your service . There is no such thing as mandatory filter.Its really annoying anyone is sending request. And worse part is the one who contacted me for taking premium she blocked me when I raised this concern. What kind of service you guys are providing . Pathetic

Hopeless. I paid for Select Shaadi.com. Till a date no response from relationship manager. She never took a call nor reply to the messages. Waste of money.

Some of the parents can’t read English. So I think that you should add language preferences like: Hindi, Punjabi and many other languages in your app or website. So that people can review profiles in your preferred language for their convenience.

I took the regular Shaadi.com subscription from Canada. Then I kept getting calls from the customer service to convince in fact force me into taking VIP subscription. Finally I thought let me give it a sincere try before declaring it’s not worth it. But the interest they have shown to make buy subscription was not shown later. I was told that I would get a consultant based on my cultural background to understand my requirements better. They changed 3 consultants but of no use. I didn’t get any vip match making and no calls or updates from the consultant. Absolutely waste of time and most importantly money. It’s a bogus matrimonial. I had couple of friends from India who gave me very bad reviews as they were cheated on the educational background of the spouse and now on the verge of divorce. I would definitely not recommend anyone Shaadi.com. They are not professional and definitely will not live up to your expectations or even the promises they make. You are not going to find any life partner with this matrimonial.
