To those who would be looking up to something in respect to their lives, please stay away from this BAD website. THESE people message you with FAKE PEOPLE. THEY SEND YOU MESSAGES AS real looking profile. THESE people worst. HERE is some things you could notice:
They work in Pattern -
1. They take common people pictures from FACEBOOK, INSTA etc and setup a fake profile, then send you requests & messages. I HAVE ACTUALLY INTERACTED MANY PEOPLE IN SOCIAL MEDIA TO PROOVE THIS.
2. The person who you chat to is ALWAYS fake and you will receive couple of messages and then say Not interested before you notice their profiles gets suspended on their website. ALSO SOME PEOPLE OUTSIDE SHAADI.com SEND you messages to get you hooked on THEIR OWN PERSONAL SERVICES DEMANDING MONEY...
3. They even at times call you over the phone/watsapp just to know your pulse then they start spamming you requested VIP SERVICES. after you refuse to get VIP package they deactivate any profiles you to intend to connect
4. Lastly they Search or MATCH OPTIONS for DAILY OR MUTUAL OR PREMIUM are all rubbish YOU WILL receive notifications on your actions ALONE REMEMBER, WHAT you receive back is another FAKE stuff. NO ONE USES SHAADI CHAT AT ALL. NO PROFILES AGREE TO SPEAK TO YOU IN VIDEO CALLS SKYPE WHATSAPP etc.
I have tried to send requests to many SUITABLE and NOT-SUITABLE profiles to see the experience and the result is same. THESE people are FRAUDS and please AVOID at any costs. There are still good people join here for a connection to notice very bad responses and experiences.

Don't waste your money and valuable time.
Worst app I have ever come across

This is the most fraudulent app and company. They billed me almost a year without my knowledge and then refused to refund the charges when I caught the charges.
I got nothing out of it except annoying sales calls.
Beware! Stay away!

It's really worst.....never ever take a subscription....it's really worst decision.....Very few chance to talk to anyone with positivity....I strongly recommend please save money for future rather waste money on this next scam...shaadi com

Completely waste of money and time it's look like drama and played by staff of this company instead of profiles all profiles are not looks genuine headache on video meet wasting a lot time I never been meet any one just playing with people's

Dont waste money on VIP Shaadi, they have fake reviews because of money they have, wasted 500 plus dollars on service with no follow up , no contact with a potential match and when I complained they cancelled my membership before it finished, I have all proofs

You will find only crazy, emotionally unavailable or playing around woman here! Be careful! Find someone in person! You are welcome!

I purchased their 3 months plan and used it, then deleted my account for personal reasons.
After some time I came to know that when someone clicks my account it shows that I violated policies.

Horrible service. They make.false claims just to get payment for paid service which is untter nonsense and false. Marketing people just want to sell and can make any kind of false statements to make us pay. When we confronted about the false claims they say it js not their department snd they don't know about anything that was told when we paid.

Massively fake profiles will scam the f out of you. These people will take all your money and will never give you back. A fraud of colossal proportion never before seen in the history of mankind. Must be criminally investigated since they are responsible for the destruction of the lives of countless people.

Scam, useless site and I paid 3 times to activate memebership but it takes 48 hours as per them and since payment in dispute. People cannot chat if not paid, just scroll profiles and force everyone to be paid!! Hopeless site, been part of some single's group we all talk about the scam.com means shaadi.com

Extremely disappointed with the service. After paying for a premium membership, I expected at least a basic level of engagement or relevant matches. But the platform is filled with inactive, disinterested, or totally mismatched profiles. Despite the countless “filters” and “compatibility algorithms” you boast about, none of it delivers.

No messages, no responses, and certainly no value for the money spent. Feels like I’ve paid for a hollow service filled with false hopes and dead profiles. You keep promoting “success stories” but maybe invest some effort into real results for active users instead of running a glorified slideshow of happy couples while the rest of us waste our time and money here.

If this is the so-called premium experience, then it’s a joke — a bad one. Totally regret signing up.

I made the mistake of registering on Shaadi.com by accident. Since then, I have been receiving daily emails nonstop, even after blocking the website. I don’t know why they keep sending me emails. Whenever I opened them, I was shown cheap partner suggestions. I even went to the website and unregistered myself, but still, I received an email today with live invitations and no option to unsubscribe. This is the worst experience ever. Their team seems careless and disrespectful of users’ privacy. There is no clear way to permanently remove your account or stop emails. Please remove my email from your system immediately. I never want to hear from this website again. Totally disappointed 😔

VIP shaadi subscription is anything but VIP. The “consultant” is an ordinary person with a lofty title. Basics are missing. They do not understand your profile and are unable to match with a suitable counter profile. VIP seems like you would get exclusive treatment but no. The “consultant” deals with dozens of marriage-hunters like you and is loaded to pay attention to you. So do not expect calls or response. And when they call, they call repeatedly and do not understand that one should not call after two or three attempts. A person might be busy with work or something important. This is their civic sense. The “consultant” also takes holiday for multiple days and is not available. The app is disabled and I am unable to have access to it. All these are charlatan methods and less-than-professional tactics.

You wonder why did you assign and fall for this pseudo-VIP scam. At the end of your subscription, be prepared to renew the subscription again. And again. This is skewed business practise. Stay out of this enticement because it is not worth your money spent.

Shaadi.com has forfeited my CAD$950 since 2 months and is unresponsive or giving me generic responses. They first convinced me of proper services and to cancel my credit card dispute and then since 2-3 months they are playing games with me by forfeiting my money not providing me responses and not providing any services. Please refrain from VIP Shaadi.com services from Shaadi.com.

I did not receive a lot of matches that matched my criteria... I asked for a refund many times and met the criteria of getting a refund but they would not give me one. If you are looking for someone who grew up in the US...this is not the site to use. I also started getting a lot of strange texts after signing up for Shaadi... I even receive a scam message on my computer and the person I talked to was in India who wanted me to click on some link. I haven't had luck on this site but at the same time it is not designed to bring matches that fit your criteria.

Disgusting. I was tricked in to upgrade from Premium to VIP, with a promise that selected High Net Worth proposal that are not in Premium will be offered. It's a fraud. RM are untrained, I gave her our preference, still sending very ordinary proposal, says " It's a Suggestion ". Whatever Muskan Jaiswal, Marketing Manager promised is just fake. Not bothered to come on call. Before sending subscription, she called 10 times. I appeal to all customer, be careful. Don't get fooled like many. 41% reviews are negative.

Absolutely fraud! I was looking bride for my son and I bought the premium membership, I was always wondering after accept why contacts are not responding, here is the story, reply option is not available for the contact who accepted and shaadi.com force other side to be premium to respond the chat of a premium member. Is this not a cheating with the member who is already bought the premium membership? And also this premium member thinks that his accepted contact is not responding but he doesn’t know that shaadi.com didn’t give him / her the option to respond. DO NOT WASTE MONEY.
