To begin with we had basic unpaid profile, which we later upgraded to a premium so that we can see the contact phone numbers.

I have clicked connect on nearly 60 profiles, they are varied profiles from all around the world including India. Not a single has been accepted and many don't even look and bother to reject. When we try to see the contact number all of them have no show contact numbers.
Next day we get an alert someone else wants to connect, who we would not have sent invitation, and would be a total mismatch. Probably this is a bait to keep you continue login and use the website.

I feel the profiles without phone numbers are fake and they don't exist. No getting decline messages mean its dummy ghost profile, not managed by anyone. After sending more than 60 connect messages, how come we don't get any replies. There seems to be plenty of fake profiles created by Shaadi.com to lure more listings.

They had tried hard on me to go for VIP Shaadi for hidden non visible profiles, again its just more money making. I said how about you send me just the photos of the hidden profile with age and height, no more other details. If I like I would go for VIP, nope they won't accept it because the hidden profile does not exist. Once you pay money is gone down the drain.

They hype about the number of leads they have and convince to to sign up as a VIP member where you have a personal consultant and guarantee a match up. Total crap! Please don't fall for it. Better to simply stay a premium where you interact at your own pace. The guy kept on shoving matches down your throat even if they don't meet your criteria just to rake up his brownie points. Before you sign up, they call you and interact nicely, but the moment you pay, the sales guy disappears completely, never to be heard from again and the staff are rude!

I've used Shaddi.com multiple times, and I can confidently say that the majority of profiles on this platform are fake. If you're a regular subscriber, you'll notice they frequently message you through their chat system, prompting you to engage. However, once you start conversations, they quickly push you to sign up for their VIP service, which costs around $650. Their entire goal seems to be to collect money, and unfortunately, even the VIP service is a complete waste.

Having tested this multiple times, I estimate that around 80% of the profiles are fake. This platform is deceptive and preys on people looking for genuine connections. I’m seriously considering legal action because what they are doing is fraudulent and outright theft.

The shaadi platform has a lot of scammers, I had to block the scammers twice, and when I called them to report the scam, despite multiple attempts they did not entertain my concerns. Instead they tried to add insult to injury by selling me VIP Shaadi, that of course I did not buy.

After using the free version for about a year I got its premium membership. The matches are okayish. Why I am giving one start is because of the their customer service who called me and for the first few times I said sorry I am okay I don't want to renew my membership or get a VIP plan (which is more than premium). I asked them politely I am not interested and please put a note on the system that I don't want to be called again. The guy was understanding and after a 1hr call of him explaining to me the benefits of VIP I ended the call saying sorry I am not interested. Thank you. Few months later they called me again and again trying to sell me the plan (different number different guys). I blocked 5 of their numbers and even sent an email but I still get a call in the night as I have a different time zone.

Don't ever pay for VIP shaadi or Shaadi select, They asked for £1,868 for 3 months and did not match me with a single person. The relationship manager only contacted 2 people a day which I could have done myself, she never made any phone calls. So upset about this, I have been searching for 20 years and put my trust in them but never again.

Not found a single match based on my criteria. Even though I use filter to show based in UK and doctor by profession I get message ‘no matches found’. I get random results from all over the world with profession no where near to what I have put down. I raised a ticket yesterday saying not happy with the service and today the ticket shows as completed without any reply.

I agree with all the select shaadi reviews as it was much better than going through normal matrimony. My marriage consultant sent me several high-quality profiles that aligned with my interests and values. I don't think I would have found such nice profiles by myself. They really are the best at this matchmaking thing.

I felt encouraged to upgrade to a premium plan after reading so many positive shaadi.com reviews. It was good.
