Charged higher price than advertized
I have been a customer at Shabaz in Søborg for a long time, visiting infrequently. Yesterday was a somewhat below average experience. I wanted to get a black filter coffee which was clearly advertized at 25 kr in large letters on the wall board. On the register, it came up at 29 kr, and the server was unable to do anyting about it, although she recognized the difference. It is a small thing, but it set the tone of the visit. Plus, the black filter coffee would take a long time to prepare, so I settled for an americano instead. After I paid (under protest), another employee - apparently more senior - walked by and offered to refund the price difference (still no filter coffee), but I declined since it wasn't about the 4 kr. I will be looking for another place to visit in the future.
