I bought the 3p panniers and fitting kit for my ducati diavel 1260 year 2020 I wanted the back rest for my pillion passengers but shad do not make them I now have to sell ALL my shad 3p panniers and fitting kit at Loss this is a bad experiance as before I bought the everything for my 2016 ducati diavel

SHAD USA missing Nuts and Bolts hardware!

Ordered side cases and thier 3P frame to attach to my motorcycle for a upcoming trip that starts in a few days. I received the cases, but was missing most of the Nuts and Bolts hardware for the 3P rack that attaches to the motorcycle and holds the cases on. After immediately contacting Shad, I got the runaround but Shad staff said they understood and would send me the right Nuts and Bolts hardware right away. A week later I got a FedEx envelope, opened it, only to see they sent me the wrong Hardware for a stupid top case that I never ordered or even talked about!
Now I am going to be stuck going on my motorcycle vacation strapping down an old duffel bag and tarp on to the back of my cycle! Very flustrating when you're spending $725 to get absolutely lousy customer service, with staff that said it wasn't the shipping Department's fault... when it absolutely was! Oh yeah and don't try calling them, no one will ever answer their phones and you can't leave a message! looking at Shad USA Past reviews it looks like that's been going on for years!

Too easy to hack

With the sh33 I’ve been stolen of my helmet twice in a month, same thing for a friend of mine, apparently all without forcing. Now I know people consider it’s not secure to leave their helmets in the trunk but I don’t think producing a not so easy to hack lock is too much to ask. What you people are doing all day long at shad?

Poor quality products & customer service!

Poor quality products and non existent customer service!

I purchased a SHAD frame and top box. The box seems ok but the frame quality is shocking! Nothing lines up and my grab rail has now been damaged because of this.

Instructions were followed precisely and the frame fitment was attempted by a qualified mechanic!

Contacted SHAD and their response was basically “it’s not our problem”.

Avoid at all costs, GIVI are much better!

Top case problem

I bought a top case from an official reseller. The top case was faulty and despite having been fitted by a competent mechanic it detached from my running motorbike at the first pothole exposing me and/or other motorbikes to a huge risk of accident. The shad company denied me any type of assistance and/or support. Unreliable company, I strongly advise against purchasing their products. Do not trust this company

Bought a top box and fitting kit for my…

Bought a top box and fitting kit for my Piaggio MP3. Ordered one day, turned up about 11am the next day. No drama, no damaged boxes. The top box fitting kit fitted very easily - just follow the instructions. Ditto the topbox. Some plastic grips on the metal side bars would have been a nice extra. The top box itself looks good. All in all, a pretty good experience. And much cheaper than Piaggio's own boxes.

Ordered pannier inners two weeks ago

Ordered pannier inners two weeks ago. Site was not displaying any issue with stock levels.
Phoned up and spoke to someone today and literally no _ _ _ _ s given. No explanation, zero consideration for customer service.
Just "yeah should be with you in two weeks". I ordered these 5 weeks before going away, now potentially going to be squeaky bum time as to whether or not they arrive in time.
Will never buy directly from Shad.co.uk again, definitely will go through a retailer that has some knowledge of customer service.
