I am extremely disappointed with the quality of Shada products and their customer service.
The rechargeable headlamp I purchased became unusable after only two charging cycles because the battery stopped charging completely. A product designed for outdoor use should be reliable, especially when it is needed for safety.
Unfortunately, the lamp failed during a hike, forcing me to descend a mountain in the dark. This created an unnecessary and potentially dangerous situation.
What disappointed me even more was Shada’s response. Instead of offering a helpful solution or taking responsibility for such an obvious quality issue, they were unwilling to provide meaningful support.
A battery failing after only two charges is simply unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the overall quality and durability of their products. Based on both the product quality and the poor customer service, I cannot recommend Shada.
