PS in Customer Service helped me through the whole process of measurement and ordering my made to measure blinds. His help was exceptional. I spoke to him several times before he helped me through the process of ordering and endeavored to get the blinds delivered earlier than expected as my house experiences high temperatures of 30 C and in the first heat wave 33 plus C. I am very grateful for that help in a time of difficulty and a somewhat urgent situation PS was extremely patient and understanding.
I cannot review the actual blinds until they are delivered and fitted.

Broken vertical rod
I had an issue with a broken rod on a vertical blind. I contacted Shade and Story and was very well supported by Mark who arranged with the team to send a replacement vertical rod. The customer service with this company is excellent, professional, prompt and it was a pleasure. Highly recommend them and will definitely shop with them again. Thank you to Mark and the team. Instructions not very good.
Product arrived promptly but instructions failed to mention that no screws were included. The instructions themselves weren't that clear so I wouldn't recommend the product.

Problems with fitting and slight damage
Communication with the company during manufacture and delivery was good. Unfortunately I found the product really difficult to fit. It took about 4 hours and various hacks so it didn’t fall down. Once I finally unrolled the blind, I discovered a slight fault (a pinhole of light) showing through it. My now I was so exhausted with the process I couldn’t be bothered to complain to the company as I couldn’t bear having to go through the same fitting process over again. It’s up and working now but it isn’t perfect.
