Seems not legitimate. My card got blocked without even a possibility to unblock it, right after trying to deposit some money, my bank basically told me that my card was leaked. I'd avoid this site

saw a good offer and wanted to quickly desposit some cash to buy the skin. after i completed the giropay desposit and sent the money. after that the money didnt arrive and i instantly wrote the support. got an answer that they have problems at the moment. i told them to send my money back cause the skin i wanted to buy is already gone. took like 9 days till the money was on my shadowpay-account, although i said i want it back on my bank account. the refund was refused by the support. also i cant withdraw the money cause you can only withdraw skins.

also i told them my transaction id. so they could have just compare the details with their provider but no, lets rather wait 9 days and then say glad we could "help" after doing nothing.

btw. looking at the reviews you have problems with your provider since october 2023 but somehow still doesnt do anything about it and let people fall for it. so maybe its time to change it.

you did only find a solution that works for you. i told from the start i want it back on my bank account before receiving it. but now i have to withdraw it with overpriced skins. no i dont have any problems now i just withdraw it and avoid this site at all costs.

Horrible support and horrible website. Apparently their payment provider is having issues. Waiting 2 months now for my balance that I deposited to appear on the site. Support closed my ticket twice now, do not use this website. Support keeps telling me that "this week we will fix it" for 6 weeks in a row now.

i have no idea why any site thinks forcing you to use an extension which can access a LOT of sites is a positive. it drives away most traders

I use shadowpay on a daily basis but i'm having problems with certain sellers. I have tried writing to support but ig they don't let you send tickets 💀. So this user provided below should get banned : "76561199179529720"
I have tried buying about 25 items from him. He never delivers, always makes me waste 15 minutes of my life and idk how he's still on the app. I hope you guys do something about it.

Thank God i only have 10 Euro on my Account. First i didn't get my money on my Account. It took a whole day for it. After that i tried to buy some cases. The user i tried to buy it from didnt send anything and for that i got blocked???????? Don't recommend it at all. Maybe good prices but the rest is just plain stupid. I tried to write the support but even that is not possible I cant send it, it doesnt move. HAHAAHHA

ShadowPay is the best skin market ı have ever used. I nearly used it for 3 years and dont see any problem. Easy to use interface , low comissions and trustworty payment methods. And even some times, they lowered the comissions to %3. ShadowPay is the Best :)
