Sha mods sell products that don't work. Then tell you they won't refund the product because it "works". I show proof it doesn't, they tell me it works because "people buy it so it works". Its not possible to have 800 good reviews when your support answers with "ok" and doesn't help at all. Few weeks later still haven't gotten support and the product has been removed from the website, because they don't want to scam people anymore. Product website has also been removed and just vanished.

The support took so long to respond to my ticket. I didn’t receive my key . I made a ticket and was told to chill . Support 3/10 , instant delivery 3/10. - Update it’s been like 5 days and yet not key but I can no longer be mad , I know these guys are legit and that it can take some time . Either way I know I’ll get my key eventually. I felt bad and I took off the original rating .

I’ve bought several things, and 9 out of 10 times you don’t get your key right away. Usually you have to wait a day or follow up — that “instant delivery” claim is nonsense.

scamming. I bought a spoofer but it did not work after all my pc wasnt good enough then i ask for a refund but they say when key redeemd you cant refund but they say when a error they cant fix you get refund but you cant encounter a error when not entering the key

Bought a day key for skrim.gg and i had to download a software that deletes my whole anti virus from my pc for the cheat to work, so that what i did. After that i couldn’t open my anti virus to turn it on or off becausec i simply deleted it because i was following the steps on how to set up the cheat. I made a ticket and asked if he could help and maybe reverse it or that there was a way to get my anti virus back on my pc and he simply said “no”. Then why resell a cheat if you don’t know anything about it? Long story short i was already hwid banned and i need my anti virus off to use a spoofer, and i can’t turn it off anymore because i deleted the whole anti virus system from my pc.

I don't understand how it's possible to have a 1-day purchase system but not deliver the key instantly. In short, I haven't received the key and the support dont responde The support team is not replying

The support is not at all precise and is completely lazy to answer, I have the impression, and they tell me that the product is out of stock, what a joke.

Bought spotify account in june 1year it worked fine till 2 days after the payment was cancelled and the premium was gone eventually went to the discord and made a ticket about this and everytime its the same answer the supplier doesnt respond this that and i wait wait nothing same answer again and again 20 tickets later they say we cant help this and that dm sha on discord and of course sha wont respond then i gave him 2 months to respond than made a another ticket they say the same shit again dm sha dm sha how am i supposed to dm someone who doesnt respond i say and the answer i get is literally ok so my tip is dont buy anything here if something doesnt work they wont help you out and they dont give a shit they already made their money and believe me 90 precent of this revieuws are fake.

Promises instant delivery but the site doesnt show if its out of stock. Bought midnight cs2 and had to wait a whole week for my key. I bought kernaim bo6 a few days ago and havent received the key yet. I cant even make a discord ticket casue they have over 500 tickets open.

Edit: I dmed sha and he replied within 10 minutes and resolved my issue. Atleast great customer service!
