Outstanding customer service

Outstanding customer service from Shakespeare & Co and in particular Evan.

I wanted to send a couple of books to my goddaughter, who lives in Manhattan, and I wanted to use an independent bookstore if possible. The site would only let me purchase from within the US or Canada, so I emailed them and Evan replied very quickly to say they'd updated the site to allow Sweden as an option.

I then added a note on checkout saying that if it was possible to wrap the books and add a note, that would be much appreciated, and had an email from Evan saying that they would do that once they had received the order. What a fabulous shop and employee.
