Zeer snelle levering

Zeer snelle levering. Zeer behulpzaam via chat, mail en telefoon.
Ik heb 3 shakes al regelmatig besteld: vanille, capuchino, chocolade. Alledrie zijn ze heerlijk.
Ik maak ze steeds met havermelk van campina en dan worden ze lekker romig en dik na 10min. Met andere melk valt de shake wat dunner uit, maar dat is je eigen voorkeur natuurlijk.
De eiwitrepen zijn ook heerlijk. Ongelooflijk dat dit alles echt lekker is.
Om de shakes wat voller te maken doe ik er vaak vanille-skyr bij en wat fruit.
Als je de richtlijnen goed volgt, vliegen de kilo's er ook zo af.
Ik gebruik ze nu al een aantal maanden, ik bereikte mijn streefgewicht heel snel. Daarna is het een kwestie van gezond te leven. Ik doe nog meestal 1 shake per dag maar gebeurt dat ik ook dagen na elkaar "gewone" maaltijden eet.
Mijn darmen zijn ook veel rustiger en het opgeblazen gevoel is ook verdwenen.
Hier 1 en al tevredenheid.
