Shake That Weight Europe Reviews 

Very disappointed as I placed an order on the 22nd May, I paid for the next day delivery which would have delivered today which is Saturday the 24th May but nothing has arrived. I checked the order in the portal and it says it has been cancelled yet I have had no communication at all from shake that weight customer service. The payment successfully went through, I was sent the order invoice to my email also. I have tried to contact customer service since the 23rd May leaving messages but no one was there. So now I have no product left and will have to come off the plan. I understand glitches occur but to have had absolutely no contact is totally unacceptable especially when they have the order status as ‘cancelled,’ and here I am still wondering what is going on with my order. I have had no refund. Very poor indeed!

Their customer service is excellent, but the most important thing is that their products work. I only use the savoury meals and occasionally the bars, as I do not have a sweet tooth. I have tried all brands operating in this sector and STW have the best taste. I need to reduce my BMI in order to have a major operation, so effectiveness is key and enjoyable food is helping me stick to my diet. I usually add veggies or zero noodles/rice for extra bulk and snack on untopped popcorn and zero jellies. If I was less busy, I would probably make nutritionally balanced meals from scratch, but I just don't have the time!

Impressive service and prompt response to a question that I had. Very quick delivery, 4 days from placing the order to arriving at my home in Italy. I only ordered bars and the first one was good.

Quick delivery and tasty meals. I'm now at day 4 and omg that was quite a challenge. I am starving but I choose to loose wait quickly so that's part of the deal. :)

The customer service at Shake That Weight is fantastic. I had an issue with the courier not delivering the product and I received an email and a phone call to find out more about what had happened and within 3 days the products had been reshipped and delivered to my address. Thank you for the quick attention!
