All items delivered were high quality and in good condition and the driver was very friendly and courteous. The large chollas (the only fresh foodstuffs in this order) were delicious.
I have given 4 stars, rather than 5, because staff need to be conversant with their website and any out of stock items need to be identified as such - not the case and someone phoned querying part of our order where I'd requested items that were in fact out of stock.

Really great to get all of this on delivery slso the best shop brought chicken soup i have ever had also great fishballs

Rainbow bagels and Black Bagels were delicious. They also do really good smoked salmon. I've just ordered more of the same and so the chocolate bagels to try out.

Order was ready & waiting for me when l arrived at the bakery and of course the Beigels were delicious as always♥️

Excellent service and the one slight problem we had was dealt with immediately. One item of our rather large order wasn't quite right. I emailed them as soon as I found it and they phoned me within the hour and refunded more than the cost.

Quick delivery, great tasting bagels. Will be buying more in future. Smoke salmon and pastries also taste good.

Placed an order for bread and platzels the evening before. Their ordering system is a little confusing as it’s either click and collect or delivery but it’s not clear when you are ordering if you are ordering for click and collect or delivery until way into the process. You can choose a time for click and collect, which I did, but still had to queue - there wasn’t a dedicated area just to go and pick up your order with an assistant there. There was one girl serving everyone with two others either filling up or trying to look busy - they didn’t acknowledge or even try and serve even though a queue was forming -the queue not particularly socially distancing either due to the nature of the layout of the shop. If all that had been tackled I would have given 5 stars as the bread and platzels I bought were delicious - shame the staff’s customer service was not better.

Lovely beigels, cholla & pickled herring. Made my mother in law's birthday very special as she hadn't eaten these for many years. Great service too.

Delivered on time, we were very happy with everything we ordered and will definitely order from Shalom Bagrjs again.
