Honestly, Sham Aqar is exactly the kind of platform the Syrian real estate market needed. Finding properties through Facebook groups is usually a mess, so having a dedicated website where everything is more organized makes a big difference.
I really like the idea behind it and how easy it is to browse properties and check prices and details in one place. It's especially useful for Syrians living abroad who want to look at properties back home without having to rely entirely on random social media posts.
