Purchased 3 bras

Purchased 3 bras. They do not fit.As per their website (top of the page) it says free returns….but if you read their return policy, the item has to be damaged. Reached out to Customer Service anyway. They asked for my measurements and told me they didn’t have bras for my size (very strange!!) They did offer to send me other bras of my choice for a shipping fee. Why do I want more bras that won’t fit. So can’t return for refund. Be aware of this policy.

Be careful with this company.
The bras took ages to arrive (THEY SHIP FROM CHINA), were not as advertised and the sizing is completely wrong.
I contacted them and they refused to issue a refund (even though they are required to by law) and wanted $15.95 to return the items for a replacement in another size (I am in UK!!!)

The bras fit beautifully

The bras fit beautifully. My back is smoothed out and there are no fat rolls poking out or uncomfortable bands digging into my flesh. It’s so comfortable in fact that I no longer take my bra off as soon as I arrive home! The customer service is excellent, the shipping was fast and reliable.
I have thrown out all my other bras. I can never go back to wearing them after the amazing shapedly bras.

Customer Service is a bot.

I wanted padded bras and they were not what I recieved. Emailed support and got an email back quickly advising that I resize and email them back and it would be $22 to ship. I responded advising the size is fine, I need the padded ones, and since I ordered 3 bras, do I have to pay $22 or $22 x3? The response was the same as the first email. I responded again asking if this was a real person and the email was again the same as the first. Customer service is a bot. Great.

Don’t buy

I would give it zero star if I can. Cheaply made, low quality fabric, garbage. Many fake reviews here, this company is totally a SCAM!!

Shocking items, don’t fit and then you can’t exchange or get a refund! They refuse to do refunds and except you to return pay for another set of bras!

Their customer service is appalling!

Never buy from this company again!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Poor fit, poor quality and terrible customer service. Asked for refund due to above and get canned replies again and again then emails with tracking info on item already received. Then they say there is no refunds on sales BUT EVERYTHING IS ON SALE! You might get an offer to exchange for another size (of the same crappy item that you don’t want) but have to pay “fees”. BEWARE!!
