I purchased the 2 for 1 body suit and I am disappointed with the quality. The ads makes it seem so hyped and amazing.
I got a Large and when I opened the shapely bag and saw a Chinese label on the pieces' bags itself my heart sank. When I tried it on my worry was confirmed, it was much smaller in size than any other large size body suit I own from other brands.
The fit it comfy enough but the boob-part is just resting in the top of my stomach while the bottom is decently tightened at best.
I am a very ordinary Large in both EU and US standards.
Go pay for one in a good shop where you can try it first. This was just a waste of time and money.
I am not even gonna try returning whilst reading the other reviews

Idiotic, terrible bad dumb stupid

ironic, idiotic, impossible of listening. I asked for a refund because their largest size is too small and they keep offering me an exchange. I don’t think it’s capable for them to understand and comprehend English. Why would you keep offering it when an exchange is not gonna help?

Horrible,I'm a 42 h these people sent me 3 small cup size bras. I contacted the company I asked for refund the lady going to tell me that I can get a refund because of a sale item... Like This company is horrible Don't buy anything from them they would not give you a refund if you cannot fit it, and those bras are cheaply made.

Buyer Beware!

I haven't received my product in over a month despite their claim that the product will reach my door between 5 - 10 days! I'm sorry I purchased. At this point, I'm not sure if I will ever receive it.

I order a 34H size bra for my wife

I order a 34H size bra for my wife, and a 38H was sent. When I first reach out to get an exchange, I was told the sale was final and it couldn't be returned. When I reached our again, I was told that the bra sizes in China are not the same as the U.S. I then asked how is it sized in China. That was two weeks ago, I'm still waiting on a response.

do not order from here

I ordered one size, but received the wrong size. It was way too large. I followed the return process. First I was toldto wait for the shipment before returning. Theni sent proof of receiving the item. Now I received the response that since it's a bra it can't be returned. Sounds ridiculous to me.

I received my order and couldn't…

I received my order and couldn't wait...didn't disappoint! I highly recommend this product because it truly did what it advertised...rid that back fat!! I'm not top heavy, but guess what when I put this bra on everything, and I mean everything went into place! What also impressed me was the comfort, able to wear all day without readjusting.

Absolutely NO CUSTOMER SEEVICE!

I think the worst part is there is no contact phone number, I have tried to email them at least three times I’ve gotten no answer, I’ve tried to chat. I get no response, I don’t know why they’re not replying to me, but I do not like the low front I’m 58 years old and I do not want my tits sticking out. I’d like to return these bras and they won’t reply back and I am so frustrated. I’d like to turn them into the Better Business Bureau, but for whatever reason they will not contact me so I don’t know what to do at this point, but I am so pissed off I could scream.

Awful company

The company has a 3- day 100% money back guarantee on their website and they refuse to honor it. If you buy with the understanding that you can return if they do not meet your satisfaction DO NOT buy from here. Customer service is TERRIBLE

Horrible, DO NOT ORDER!

This was my first and last experience with them.
My order was “delivered” but never received my package. I wasn’t asking for refund, asking for alternative for this unfortunate incident. Nothing was resolved, lesson learned. DON’T LET IT HAPPEN TO YOU! Money down the drain & in this day- every penny counted. Better luck with Amazon!

Ordered two as they were on sale. Received one and contacted customer service. I was told they won’t do anything or refund any Monet because their policy is only for damaged goods. My wallet is damaged… I told them I will tell everyone I know NOT TO PURCHASE from them and their policy sucks!!!!!
