I ordered the regular bra size that I always wear and it doesn't fit at all. My breasts spill out with big gaps. Horrible coverage. I went to return them and there is a NO REFUNDS policy unless defective. Now I see in this comments that I will not be able to return it. A total scam and waste of money. DO NOT fall for the hype on social media feeds for these bras.

This is defiantly a scam

This is defiantly a scam. After sending a follow up email i received an email saying the email is invalid. I have email several times with no reply. All the bad reviews are true horrible fit no structure incorrect size. Just all around horrible experience. I will be surprised if they respond I also plan to write reviews on Instagram, FB, Twitter, and the BBB. SCAMMMMMMMMMM! I want my money back!!!

They don’t even get one star the customer service is horrible I ordered a bra in my usual size but when I received it the size I wear didn’t fit properly I needed a larger size they said sorry that’s the size you ordered no returns or exchanges false advertising be careful when you order from them there should always be an option for return or at the very least exchange

Don’t waste your money on this horrible company.

This is probably the worst company I have ever dealt with. Their products are shoddy and despite the fact they say you can return items, you can’t. Don’t waste your time or money dealing with this company. They also are guilty of false advertising, as they say you can return the items you purchased if they don’t work. That is a total lie.

Believe the Negative Reviews

I wish I had of read the reviess first because these bras are horrible. These bras are made of cheap material and does not have great form or protection. I put the bra on wore it downstairs, I had to run back upstairs for something and my breast were spilling out of the bra. I wish I had of never fell into the hype I seen from advertisements. These are not full coverage.

Lies they don’t honor money back guarantee

If I could get negative reviews, I would I ordered it and accidentally ordered. The wrong size never opened the package itself just the bag. It came in emailed them immediately. They didn’t respond. I kept emailing them and per their website. It says that you can get your money back if you’re not happy or satisfied with the product and it even says what if I order the wrong size it says you’ll have to wait till it gets there and then we’ll start a return. I got an email back saying sorry due to the nature of what you ordered we will not be able to issue you a refund or return your product so I wouldn’t go with them. I re-ordered another one before they responded to me to the right size, but I’ll be returning that one as well, they don’t keep their policy so they have stuff up on their website and they lie.

The worst experience ever...they took my money and disappeared!

I placed an order for 3 push up bras but accidently deleted the page. I never got a confirmation email about when my order would be shipped. I scoured the website and there is no way to get in contact with anyone. Even their chatbot doesn't respond. There is no email response, there is no phone number to contact anyone. They took my money and didn't even bother to send me anything. Contacting them via email has been a fruitless effort, they don't even make an attempt to respond. I am in the process of reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. This company is an actual SCAM! They don't even have a physical address. Please don't shop with them! THIS COMPANY IS A FRONT AND A SCAM!

Awful product. Customer Service in the gutter

My items were absolutely awful. When I asked for a refund I was told no I could exchange. I sent my items to the address provided and then followed up with them. I have gone back on fourth with them and have still not received notifications of my new items being posted or a refund which they should provide as a goodwill gesture for the way I have been treated.

ABSOLUTE CON COMPANY DO NOT USE

The snatched body suit is way too long, it doesn’t fit in the areas it’s supposed to fit and does not do what it claims on the website. Shapely are refusing a refund even though the items are not fit for purpose, the refund link in their website does not work. They will accept a return for store credit but not for a full refund. An absolute con, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Disappointing experience

Disappointing experience. The shipping time is very long. I ordered on July 14th and my item didn't arrive until July 24th, by which point the wedding I bought the item for had been and gone and I had to buy the same item elsewhere, luckily that arrived the next day. The returns are not 'easy' as claimed, you have to contact someone through chat or email to set up a return, and it is not free. Their website claims they have 5*s and are 'trusted by thousands'. I'm not sure where these reviews come from because their TrustPilot score is awful. The one positive was the pleasant email I received when I asked where the item was. Unfortunately overall the shipping time is far too long, and the returns process is awful. There are better alternatives.

My items arrived today. I sized down and they’re still giving no support at all, no way I don’t need a bra with them. I have emailed customer services to request a refund. These cost £39.99 for 2 useless support garments.

AVOID! I’d give MINUS 20 stars SCAM

If I could put -20 stars I would. Poorly made, overpriced, badly sized. I bought two on a 2 for 1 offer due to someone I had followed on Instagram recommending them. Now I doubt her integrity as she was sponsored. You can send them back but they charge shipping and they only do credit note or exchange. Also I bought the recommended size for me and they’re far too big and the material would just not do what they said it did. Avoid at all costs. A disaster!

WASTE £££ felt into the trap of easy NOT returns

VERY POOR quality, doesn't hold much in cheap material . Easy returns NOT TRUE...you have to pay the return and get whatever credit in store. All the information you find out when you realise the mistake you have done and want to return the product.
I do not want to pay more to get a credit I'm never going to use.

Deceitful/Scam/Theft

Avoid this company. They use deceptive wording in their advertising and policies. They offer little to no customer service, and are dishonest in their promises.
A) ‘easy returns’ as stated on their home page is not accurate. They do not provide return labels, nor do they provide instructions on how to return an item, they simply advise ‘contact us on our live chat or email us’- on their live chat they write ‘typically respond within a few minutes’ when in reality it takes them days.
B) They have a section on their website entitled ‘Refunds’. In this section they state the above- returns are easy simply get in touch with us’. When you delve deeper and manage to find specific details they state they do not offer refunds. To entitle their returns section ‘refunds’ is deliberately misleading. Further they do not state there are no refunds available in the section. (Is this not false advertising?)
C) They have ‘reviews’ on their website which are 5 stars, yet it is not possible to leave a review on their website. One can therefore conclude this review is not legitimate and is again false advertising.
D) Shipping /delivery times- they state your order will be shipped in 7-15 days. They are not transparent in the fact that this actually is 7-15 WORKING days which has been confirmed to me in writing by the company when I (eventually managed to get a response from them about why my order was taking so long to be delivered).
In summary, this company deceives customers and offer very poor customer service.

2/8/24: Please note- they have replied to this comment requesting my details, which I immediately responded to but have not heard anything from them so clearly they’re just commenting on these terrible reviews to make it look like they’re interested/care. They don’t actually follow up!
I received an address to return my products to (eventually after several emails) and confirmation I would receive a refund- I spent £9 on tracked royal mail delivery as instructed by Shapely. They received my returned items a week ago, I’ve sent two emails chasing them since but haven’t had any communications from them.
It’s time to get Trading Standards / small claims court involved. Theft! Law breaking!
