If I could give it lower than one star, I would. The site is awful, very deceptive. There is no customer service. I wanted one girdle, they made an offer for an additional one for five dollars more. Turns out it’s five dollars less but double the charge. You go in to try and change it, and it ships the order. You try to cancel, and it tells you there is no order. It was a terrible experience. I don’t care how good the product is, I’ll never use them again because the site is horrific. Don’t use it.

Was also subscribed without any notice after making one purchase. Noticed right away and they say they will refund. Do not purchase anything from them. Quality of goods received was not as advertised either, dont waste your money.

Totally fraudulent. I it in one order, received the goods but they put me on a subscription plan-which I did not sign up for and kept sending me item and charging me. These items were not ordered by me; they were items I never wanted. I have spent about ten hours trying to resolve this. I thought I had when they just sent me a notice that, being on the subscription plan, my new order was coming. Of course I was billed for it. Another round of chats did not resolve this. For a dollar I could call them. I CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE.

Tried to charge me double, sent fake bank texts. Don't go there

Product was not good. They some how signed me up to a monthly subscription which was SO hard to find out how to cancel!

After buying a couple of pairs of excellent tights in 2022, I just recently noticed $8 per month was being deducted from my bank account. Apparently it's for their so called 'membership' that I never authorised or signed up for. This is very sneaky.

Nearly a month since order no delivery. Won't cancel and refund. Said was dispatched from local facility but everything links back to china order. Customer service is non existent and you may as well throw money down a toilet you are more likely a good bra will be delivered as a result and probably faster than with this sham of a company who as you will note are displaying wrong Trust Pilot reviews to mislead even more

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I ORDERED ON 01/20/2025, AND THEY SAY MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED, BUT ARE UNABLE TO PROVIDE TRACKING INFORMATION FOR OVER A MONTH. CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND GET IN AN ENDLESS LOOP AND THEY REFUSE TO CANCEL MY ORDER.

Shapermint - FAVWORLD LLC is a SCAM enrolls you in a club without telling you it cost $4.99 a month. Who would want to be in a club and pay monthly for undergarments? Saw the charge on my statement could not find it in my Shapermint account. Had research the net to see where there is class action suit on the very same issue. I want my money back and this practice stopped!

I recently bought a bathing suit from Shapemint after seeing a cute ad on Instagram. During checkout, I was spammed with almost a dozen pop ups, and ended up with an additional $40 in merchandise added to the cart and checked out without my consent. Then a few weeks later I get a random "membership fee" that I never authorized. This company has a million complaints on the Better Business Bureau so buyer beware. Shame because the bathing suit was actually cute, but this company's practices are disgusting.

Mailed a defective product and they are refusing to refund the shipping, because that is non refundable, as per company policy. How is it the customers fault that they mailed a defective product?

Can I give zero stars? Never had a company that so diligently disregards it's customers. I asked to return some items and get a refund. They refused and offered credit if I return the items. Wish I could, but they wont send me a returns label, and trying to speak/ email them is like hitting your head against a brick wall.
