Misleading prices and email spam
It isn't clear from the website (unless you read the FAQs) that the currency shown (GBP) is not the currency of the payment(USD). I thus incurred a non sterling transaction fee on my credit card.
The product itself (Shapermint Essentials All Day Every Day Scoop Neck Cami) was average and no better than a significantly cheaper version from Tu.
I am now also being spammed with email despite unsubscribe requests

Bad customer service
Well, I received an order but it wasn’t what I ordered. Tried to find a phone number to call and complain but could find one, had to do a chat which wasn’t as good as thought it should be. I was told to send back the item I received and once ya’ll received the item then the company would send me what I order. I order 2 Bra’s and received a pair of shorts/ under garment. This isn’t how you should run a business. Ya’ll made the mistake not me.i paid for the Bra’s.
