I had a great experience with Shapermint. When I called about my delivery, I was told it would arrive in 2–4 days, but it actually came the very next day, which was a nice surprise. The customer service through the chat box was friendly and polite, making the whole process smooth. As for the product itself, the quality is excellent and definitely worth the price. Overall, I’m very satisfied and would recommend them.

Received items for which I paid in full on a credit card. Shapermint continued to charge my card $5.62 monthly (for nothing). I called the phone number on my credit card statement and the mailbox was full and I could not leave a message. I had to cancel my credit card to stop the ongoing payments.

The sweetheart cami fits great and is very comfortable. The straps left no marks after 8+ hours of wear! I would recommend this product!

Shapermint is a great company, I have several of their bras and support underwear. I have also purchased bras for my bestie and she loves them. I would recommend Shapermint to anyone who struggles with undergarments.

Haven't even received the item. They added 2 more items to my order and bumped up the order value. Tried to cancel the order, it said they could knock off $20. Said i still wanted to cancel. So they then said the order was in process so they couldn't cancel it but they could remove the additional items (!!!) but it would take between 5-15 business days to refund. Feels like I've been mugged. What an awful process.
I haven't had the item yet and it's my first experience. If your products are so good you don't need these tactics!!!!

I was skeptical in trying shapermint. I guess I lost confidence that I could ever find a great fitting, comfortable bra at a great price. I'm glad I didn't let my pessimism stop me from trying them.
The bra is extremely supportive and very comfortable! Definitely exceeded my expectations greatly. I can wear this all day with no itching at any seams and i also dont have to constantly adjust the straps. It stays in place and stays supportive all day. I was pleasantly surprised with the feel of the material as well. It is super soft and not at all itchy as I have sensitive skin.
As a free bonus I was sent high wasted shaping panty with my order. Let me tell you something I never expected with this panty. Not only was the fit perfect but it stayed in place AND provided a bonus back support that shocked me. I've had 2 back surgeries and didn't realize how much comfort and back support the high wasted panty would provide. It is evident the moment I take it off. So I say thank you Shapermint! I will be a repeat customer that is for certain!

The bras are very comfortable and fit so well you don't know you're wearing them.
The washing experience is not with out problems for me. I washed them in cold water in the washing machine and there are pulls on the inside of the nylon. Also the pads bunched up. So I will have to see how they fit when I put them on again.

The service was great, someone is always available to help. Fast delivery. I mistakenly ordered the wrong size and was given instructions how to return the bras at no extra charge. I can’t review the bra because I haven’t had the chance to wear it yet. I’m really hoping I finally found one that was comfortable and fits properly.

Ive been wearing their 2 different styles of camis and I really like them. It me gives nice shape and is wonderful. The ordering process is simple and shipping is fast. I also love all the discounts and coupons that they are giving. It saves me money .I still want to try more styles of their products I think they are well made and good quality. I refer to my friend and she is also very happy with her purchase!

I recently tried bras from Shapermint and I’m honestly really happy with them. The biggest thing for me is comfort—they’re super soft, stretchy, and don’t dig into my skin like traditional bras.

I love that they give good support even without underwire, which is hard to find. They feel natural and are perfect for everyday wear, whether I’m at home or running errands.

The only thing I would say is to pay close attention to the sizing chart, because getting the right size makes a big difference. Once I found my size, the fit was great.

Overall, I definitely recommend them if you’re looking for something comfortable but still supportive.

I first noticed Shapermint on IG, so I was skeptical. However, I went direct to their website, read the reviews, and saw all the variety offered and had to order. I am glad I did. I LOVE the strapless bra. Honestly, I love everything I ordered. They bras really do feel as though you aren't wearing anything.

I usually wear size 16 - 18. I purchased the 4XL garments.
