The most amazing training providers
I had such a wonderful experience being trained by Shaping Lives and I had the most amazing tutor - Amy. I had a lot going on throughout my apprenticeship, but Amy supported me through listening to me, giving me someone to talk to and lessening the pressure on me. Amy was also the reason I managed to finish my Level 3 early to meet the University application deadlines. I recieved my grade today - a distinction - and I could not have done it without such an amazing tutor.

A wonderful experience! I spent 3 years doing both my level 2 and 3 and the tutors were phenomenal! Hannah my tutor was always so kind and understanding and helped me throughout my apprenticeship! I really struggled with home life matters at one stage and hannah was just amazing she helped me so much and made things a little less stressful she was truly amazing throughout my apprenticeship I am very grateful to have had such a kind tutor! ♡♡♡

We have had an outstanding experience working with Shaping Lives They are truly excellent - professional, transparent, and extremely supportive at every step. Louise Bromhall, in particular, has been fantastic, making the whole process smooth and stress-free.
Paragon Skills take care of everything: they recruit all our apprentices, carefully screen candidates before they come to us, and arrange interviews. One of the biggest benefits is that their service is free — they even arrange the funding so we don’t have to pay the usual 5% employer contribution.
It’s genuinely hassle-free; just a quick email or call to Louise and the team, and they sort everything out quickly and efficiently. We couldn't recommend Shaping Lives and Louise highly enough for any business looking for a seamless apprenticeship solution.

I did my Level 3 Childcare qualification with Shaping Lives! I was supported by Sharon constantly and had access to contacting her easily. I have just finished my level 3 childcare qualification!! I completed my level 2 with the same company and I couldn’t be happier with my whole experience. I was very lucky to have the wonderful Zoe as my teacher for both qualifications. Zoe is truly an amazing teacher. She always made sure I was okay and gave me any support she could provide. My whole experience has been filled with fun laughter and learning. I suffer with dyslexia and never thought I would be able to complete a qualification let alone 2. I couldn’t have done this without the amazing team and specially Zoe who truly always went above and beyond. I would highly recommend!! Thank you too everyone!!!

Corrine and Sam are fantastic support while completing my level 5. Always available to provide extra support when needed. Lots of knowledge provided and regular check ins to ensure I am meeting deadlines and have the wealth of knowledge needed to achieve the best results from the course.

We, as a nursery, are extremely happy with the service provided by Shaping Lives for our Early Years apprenticeships. From the outset, their communication has been outstanding, always clear and timely. They are incredibly proactive and consistently go above and beyond to ensure both apprentices and management are fully supported.

Sharon was my tutor with paragon and all I can say is she is absolutely amazing. It’s was definitely a bumpy ride with a few hurdles along the way but Sharon had my back through it all. I can’t fault the help and support that Sharon gave me, no question was ever too stupid and always got listened to. I’ve had an amazing experience with paragon all thanks to Sharon. Bumpy Start
My initial experience was completely disorganised and chaotic, and I fell quite far behind in my studies due to my tutor not explaining things or setting me work to do. I was given a new tutor, Sarah Ashton, and she turned my whole experience around. We were setting targets, I had focus, and she got me back on track. I would not have passed had it not been for her and I am truly grateful.

Hannah Watkiss at paragon skills has always been an amazing tutor to me and is incredibly kind and helpful. Hannah is so quick to reassure me and talk me through everything (as I am easy to be overwhelmed or over complicate something). I cannot express how much I have learnt, because of Hannah and how I have become the best versions of myself as she wasn’t just my tutor she was also someone I could speak to when in need, and I will always appreciate her! I am nearing toward the end of my level 3 apprenticeship now, and i can’t thank Sophie Hampshire enough for her continuous support and positivity. There has never been a question to stupid or worry to small that she hasn’t supported me with! I honestly couldn’t have got this far along in my course without her. If in the future I am considering to pursue further development in my carer there would be no hesitation to have Sophie as my tutor again <3
