5 pants broke at the exact same spot - Poor longer term material quality
Since 2020 I've been buying the Shaping New Tomorrow Pants and I've been really happy with the comfort.
However, most of the pants have holes in the exact same area (inner seam of the back pockets).
Trying to sew them is impossible because it looks awful when patched (even professionally).
So all those pants went to the trash.
Unfortunately, that's a big no-go for me, and the quality of these pants is not where it should be.
The support wanted to offer me a 10% discount for a new pair of paints. Wow. Okay.

We are pleased to hear that you have enjoyed the comfort and fit of our products over the years.
As discussed with our customer service team, the trousers in question were purchased several years ago and are therefore well outside the two-year complaint period. Clothing is naturally subject to wear and tear over time, and unfortunately we cannot treat products of this age as a warranty claim.
We understand that it is frustrating when a favourite pair of trousers eventually wears out. However, in this case we were not able to offer a replacement.
The 10% discount offered by our customer service team was provided purely as a gesture of goodwill and not because we were obligated to do so.
We also noted that the products referenced were primarily from our older Classic Pants range, which has since been discontinued and replaced with newer styles that have been further developed in terms of materials and durability.
We appreciate your feedback and wish you all the best.

Shirt is great as the other one i have.
I would have preferred to have seen the interior though which is a different colour/touch and doesn't really allow me to wear it with the sleeves up. If I knew, I would have bought a white one.
