Owners were incredibly rude and verbally abusive to my mum. She tried to exchange an item and they didn’t give her an item that matched the original value of what she bought. They pandered on the fact that we were not told or aware of this information. Even though this was their fault, they were quick to blame my mum and tell her to never come back. Seems they were happy to let their ego take over instead of being calm and using customer service. Unless you are 100% sure about your purchase, don’t buy anything from them. Especially if you are a female the chauvinistic owners especially the son will treat you with malice and disrespect. Nothing is worth being treated like that, and they certainly don’t deserve anyones business. Perhaps they wouldn’t treat you like this if you made a pretty sizeable purchase.
