I visited the Shared Earth shop in Liverpool while visiting my daughter at university. An absolutely amazing shop with so many beautiful items. Highly recommend a visit to this friendly and eco friendly diamond of a shop. Unique items to buy for presents as well as for yourself or your home. I also used the ordering service- fast and efficient. Cushion covers from India just delightful.

Communication from Shared Earth team was excellent. A problem with one item was resolved with compassion and kindness which gives even more reason to support this company in the future. Ethical in sourcing through to customer experience after purchasing goods. I recommend highly the refreshing, honest and ethical stance that Shared Earth take. Recommend for gifts and everyday items alike.

I had been admiring the mirrors on the website for months as we were preparing to move into a new home. I really love the colourful quirky designs. For mother's day I was gifted a rainbow one from shared earth and this time my children helped to choose one for the new downstairs toilet. They chose the turtle and the sparkle in the tiles is absolutely beautiful. Ordering was a very easy process and the mirror was delivered in less than 3 days and beautifully packaged to ensure it arrived safely. It makes me smile whenever I see it.

Ordered a lemur apron as a gift for a friend. It is a great fun item and well made. Service was fast and efficient. I would recommend this company

I especially love their candles! I use them for meditation & yoga aids: many of their products are avaliable to buy online & are shipped promptly with tracking & excellent customer service.

I bought a beautiful hand carved, soap stone chess set for my daughter. Despite it being very well packaged and arriving free post the following day, one of the pieces was chipped. I sent a photo in an email and was contacted by Kai at a Shared Earth immediately. He arranged for a replacement piece to be sent the following day. I cannot fault their excellent customer service and Kai was really lovely in his correspondence. I will definitely be buying from them again.

After many searches involving even A.I. besides search engines I was able to find what I needed at Shared Earth. They were so understanding that they managed to get my item shipped even though it wasn't an usual shipping destination.
The item itself was exactly what I needed and it was shipped well protect so it arrived well.
And everybody the was full of empathy and kindness.

I am lucky enough to live near a shop but if I’m making a big order I will have it delivered. Communication is fantastic, orders are delivered really quickly, always very carefully packaged and fabulous quality at a great price. I honestly can’t fault this shop or the staff.

I usually pop by the York shop when I’m in town because they always sell pretty, eco friendly treasures. I saw a few items I really liked but they didn’t have a specific colour on display so I asked the people at the counter if there was any in stock. They were kind and friendly and whilst there wasn’t any in stock, they told me to try their online shop. The online shop was easy to navigate and once I placed my order I expected it to arrive a few days later, but it came the next day. Very nice shop and I would highly recommend it!

Although not a giant company with vast amounts of stock, the excellent quality of the products and the truly exceptional customer service have made them my new favourites.

I ordered an item, but was quickly and caringly informed it was out of stock.
They not not kept me informed but took the time to find a perfect alternative item and helpfully provide a link for it.

Once ordered the item arrived incredibly quickly and was the most securely and thoughtfully packaged item I've ever received.

Communication was excellent. They were quick to let me know that something wasn’t in stock before sending out my order, so I was able to choose something else instead. Shipping was also very quick. The products themselves are absolutely gorgeous. I ordered some jute bags, an incense burner, a purse and some fragrance. All fantastic. Love the shop itself but live far away so had to order online. Will definitely use this service again.
