Thanks to David (CEO) had a great experience until today... it appears that the Company was sold and now just encountered the most shocking and unprofessional action. MY CPANEL is blocked and my information was basically stolen, along with my money! It's not about money but I have no host service and lost everything.
No one should be treated this abusively by any company!
I was trying to sign up on their shared plan on annual term (was getting an amazing deal on it) and my Credit card was getting declined continuously, so i started a live chat session with the support and they tried their BEST to help me out, i ultimately used a different CC for purchase but this showed me their support level.
Working out really good so far atleast.

I've only been with them for a few months, but so far I am impressed. Sharedspace sales and support have both answered my questions quickly. The hosting appears to be very good, uptime excellent. I am a happy customer.
