SHARENOW - NON EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have used sharenow (ex drivenow) for 3 years. The first time I had a problem which required customer service intervention was 3 weeks ago. I sent a message to customer service querying an invoice. I received the standard e mail back saying they are experiencing a delay and they will get back to me within 7 days. 3 weeks later, 3 calls to their call center and I have no resolution. they have not even responded to the original e mail. The call center says I need to have patience and somebody will get back to me yet in the interim I am still being sent letters of demand. Shockingly bad after service. Its a great product provided you never have to deal with customer care.
