Do not order from Sharepal

One of my worst experience renting from sharepal.
I had ordered a saddle bag from Rynox jacket from rynox and knee guard from rynox, the bag was delivered as an incorrect model. I had ordered dry sack, saddlebag, and what was delivered to me. Was the nomad saddlebag. The riding jackets and knee guard were delivered of BBG brand.
Which were not at all helpful and were very uncomfortable throughout the journey.
Please do not order from this website. I recommend using other options, but not this one.

I am using and have used there…

I am using and have used there services. They are genuine and trusted. No frauds till date. Have ordered again from here. Will keep posting updated services for the company. Company is lovely and responsive. Love this ease of ordering stuffs from here. Thanks.

Smooth with some minor rough edges

Tried the SharePal to test some riding gear; Happy to see the selection of services they offer. Especially when someone is in doubt to buy or rent. Overall a great experience. Right from booking, receiving to returning. The only rough edge but not at all problem is the lack of mobile app and a not so solid website. Neither should stop you from choosing SharePal or have trouble with orders.
Love them and happy to continue with their service.

Positive side:
1. Delivered on time.
2. Good product
3. Easy access
4. No extra and hidden charges.
5. Hygeine and neat riding gears which I received.

Negative side:
1. Bad customer service. No timely response.
