I ordered a jordan 4 pair in June and they didn’t arrive and they said the address is not available but if you type in the Adresse in your browser you can see it and they don’t give me my money back but the support where nice. I don’t know if it was just a problem once but I didn’t get my shoes and my money is gone 🙁 and it is 29 September but still didn’t help me out… that happened in July and still nothing changed. I asked again and again and they always Said it got destroyed by dhl and they can’t do anything about it so I don’t recommend.

I ordered a pair of shoes and after i received the QC pictures i said i wanted a refund. This was on the 22. November 2022 and i still dont get the refund. Im asking them again and again and they are just saying that they already submitted the refund and the bank is taking more days and its been over a month now. Its not normal for a bank to take more than 5 days for a refund. They just keep pushing it back. I want my refund.

i bought some jordan 4s and they are amazing good quality came with stockx things the only thing is they dont give the magnet for discount (if you buy 3 shoes you have 3 magnets that should mean 30% off) but its okay i will buy more in the future delivery time was about 14 days to austria with no problems if i had questions i wrote them on whatsapp and they answered i also have my own discount code now brk3 thanks
