Thank you for your feedback. We’d like to clarify that the bonus was successfully credited to your account after KYC verification. However, all bonuses are subject to clearly stated conditions, including a required trading volume milestone that must be reached before withdrawals are enabled.

In this case, the required trading volume was not completed, which is why the withdrawal could not be processed. These conditions are outlined in our bonus terms and were available at the time the bonus was claimed.
